Chada has optimistic plans, ranging from tackling” important figures” to property reform.
According to Deputy Minister Chada Thaised, the recent Interior Ministry has pledged to update its working procedures and finish a collection of important people in the nation within the next six decades.
One of the three existing delegates, Mr. Chada, claimed that Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul had given him the go-ahead to oversee three crucial operations in an appointment with the Bangkok Post.
The Department of Land ( DoL ), the Community Development Department ( CDD ), and the eagerly awaited local mafia-like kingpins list were among those.
advancing area transformation
Speaking on the subject of property revolution, Mr. Chada asserts that the issue of local and investor trespass is bigger and messier than the general public realizes.
According to Mr. Chada, the public sector may incur costs of up to 100 billion ringgit in court and legal fees due to the improper issuance of property deeds, and he added that” we haven’t even discussed any building on the conflicting land still.”
Mr. Chada was even thinking about forest encroachment because he claimed that the issue primarily occurred because authorities allowed it to happen as a result of improper boundary drawing techniques, issuing deeds without thorough investigation, or never totally upholding laws.
” When issuing area names, the Royal Forest Department should bear full role because it is a component of the fake authorization.” One reason is a lack of skilled cadastral area officials and the necessary equipment to precisely measure forest lands, he claimed.
Some property deeds are therefore issued on reserved jungle lands.
Mr. Chada declared that he would establish a working committee to review all laws and property measurements in order to resolve the issue.
The issues may take 3 to 6 times to resolve.
He added that he would investigate starting a school to educate cadastral observing in order to support the demand for qualified representatives.
Mr. Chada remarked,” We must take action or the issue will not be resolved.
Otops for Soft Power
According to Mr. Chada, the Interior Ministry will collaborate closely with the Community Development Department( CDD ) to further the Otop project.
To reach out to a larger audience not only these but even abroad, he added, this campaign will be carried out both physically and online.
Mr. Chada stated that he and the CDD’s new director-general, Chaiwat Chuenkosum, do work up a lot in the upcoming months because the organization has as its main goal to handle the development of communities and their peoples’ wellbeing.
He stated that the new CDD director-general will need to be consulted on a number of problems.
regional gang masterlist
Mr. Chada is also working diligently to compile a list of significant mafia-related images.
Anutin Charnvirakul, the interior minister, gave him the responsibility of leading the mission, which started on September 6 in Nakhon Pathom province after the shooting death of a highway police officer at supper at Praween Chanklai’s house, also known as” Kamnan Nok.”
According to his justification, the important people who are being added to this list use their reputations to commit all manner of electricity abuses.
He estimated that it will take at least six times to collect.
For the time being, the ministry has lists from the Department of Provincial Administration( DOPA ) and police, and it is currently awaiting a second check from other ministries to avoid repetition.
More detailed checking is required, he said. The final list will include 700 to 800 titles, including 100 names written in red to indicate their high standing.
Mr. Chada declared,” While preventing any visitors from establishing their empire, we may make sure to keep track of those brands.”
He added,” We are also relying on the cooperation of local administrations, including village kamnans( tambon chiefs ), local leaders, and district chief to provide us with information.”
Next month, he may join with those local authorities to talk about their assistance.
He responded that he had no time to worry about critics focusing on irrelevant and past occurrences from his previous when asked about the public’s belief that the Interior Ministry has appointed Mr. Chada as its own” mafia-like” number to solve the crime problem.
I didn’t do anything about detractors until I finish my work because I want to do this work, he said.
