KUALA LUMPUR: A Crackhouse Humor Club co-founder continues to be detained by law enforcement in connection with a woman who had allegedly insulted Islam in an overall performance at the club recently.
It is learned that the 39-year-old man was detained at about 1 . 30pm upon Thursday (July 14) by Bukit Aman CID’s Special Investigation Unit.

He will be held on the Dang Wangi region police headquarters overnight.
Sources declared that the man will be brought to court on Friday for the remand process.

Several police reports were lodged contrary to the suspect following the woman’s controversial performance lately.
Bukit Aman is expected to issue a statement in the arrest soon.

On Wednesday (July 13), a couple below fire for allegedly pulling off a good indecent act at a comedy club’s open mic night and then uploading a video of it on social media continues to be charged in court.
Siti Nuramira Abdullah, 26, plus her boyfriend V. Alexander Navin, 37, pleaded not guilty to three charges in two separate legal courts.
Siti Nuramira was charged below Section 298A(1)(a) of the Penal Code meant for causing disharmony, disunity, or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will, or prejudicing the maintenance of harmony or unity, because of religion.

At the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court, Navin was slapped along with two charges to make and sharing a good offensive posting in the Instagram account upon June 5 and on his YouTube account on June 16.
Both costs were filed under Section 233 (1) (a) of the Marketing communications and Multimedia React 1998.
