Luke Chan partnered DLLM Lok Lok’s user, Jayden Loh, 30, to release their new idea. The couple, who have worked together for years in a gym, tell us they came up with the idea to begin Pasta Papa at random intervals. Their interesting brand is also explained by this. ” We always go to the gymnasium, and we’re people, so we thought, father lor“!, Loh laughs.  ,
Loh claims they abandoned the idea because they felt the demand for that” very niche” might seem more appropriate for gym friend to open a more health-focused low-carb restaurant. ” I wanted to touch on Luke’s market also, so I felt that selling Italian food and macaroni would be more marketable”, he explains.
Chan, on the other hand, adds that he had always wanted to open an F&, B company, but had just been unaware of what to buy till then.
” I know that F&, B has a more difficult character. I wanted to demonstrate to myself and those around me that I could do it and to do something I enjoy. I enjoy serving people, and since youthful I enjoyed pasta a lot”, he says.
The two of them, alongside two other business partners, invested around S$ 50, 000 ( US$ 36, 800 ) to open Pasta Papa.
