JAKARTA: A 17- season- ancient Chinese basketball player died after collapsing on the jury during an international competition in Indonesia, officials said on Monday ( Jul 1 ), mourning him as “outstanding” and “talented”.

Zhang Zhijie immediately fell ill during a meet at the Yogyakarta Asia Junior Championships against Kazuma Kawano from Japan on Sunday.

The report was 11- 11 in the first sport when Zhang fell to the floor. He was treated at the hospital and taken to a doctor by hospital, but he passed away after unsuccessful attempts to revive him.
