Cybercrime law enforcement arrested the officer of a Line conversation group for allegedly disseminating sex videos featuring a nine-year-old woman whose mother pimped her and marketed the clips.
Siri Prueprang, 52, was arrested at a house in Bang Phli region of Samut Prakan on Wednesday evening on charges of producing, possessing plus distributing child porn material and putting it into a computer system, Pol Lt Gen Kornchai Klayklueng, commissioner from the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB), stated on Thursday.
The criminal arrest came after law enforcement widened their übung into a case concerning a 25-year-old mom who pimped the girl nine-year-old daughter plus sold videos associated with men with the young lady, Pol Lt Gen Kornchai said.
Ms Chantra (surname withheld to safeguard the child) has been caught on her house in Don Phut district of Saraburi state on Monday evening. She was charged with procuring a girl aged 15 yrs or less to the flesh trade, colluding in the abuse of the minor and illegal possession of pornographic material.
Two alleged customers -Chakhif Chuenchob, fifty eight, and Thotsaphon Kaensawat, 33 -also arrested on Monday. These were charged with colluding in child molestation, sexually abusing a girl aged below 13, and possessing pornographic material.
The CCIB key said investigators found out that videos of the girl were distributed via a Line talk group.
They then joined the girls and compiled proof to support an application to the Samut Prakan Provincial Court to criminal arrest Mr Siri, administrator of the chat team. The seized from him, since evidence, a mobile phone used for committing the particular alleged offences, Pol Lt Gen Kornchai said.
