Chai agrees to be new spokesman

The next state voice is anticipated to be Chai Watcharong, who was 91st on Pheu Thai’s party list.

Mr. Chai, a 64-year-old pediatrician, declared on Friday that he was prepared for the problem.

Mr. Chai may be named the next government official on Wednesday, according to a cause.

Danuporn Punnakanta, the party’s deputy director, previous Bangkok MP Jirayu Huangsap, and former authorities spokesperson Theerat Rattanasewi were among the candidates Mr. Chai had previously been rumored to be for the position.

Mr. Chai responded yesterday that he had orally accepted the position but had to wait for more details because a last determination was still pending when asked about the rumor.

But, Mr. Chai reiterated his readiness and said he spoke with Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin on Thursday about the situation.

Mr. Chai told the media,” Please educate a novice like me how to do the job.”

Chai: Prepared for the difficulty

While the other two were unable to be reached for comment, Mr. Theerat responded to the rumor about him in a Facebook post.

Mr. Chai was a member of the cabinet of imprisoned former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra during the 2004 H5N1 bird flu outbreak. He graduated from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Veterinary Science.

He was the one who suggested that in order to reduce transmission, the state import vaccines created for animals.

During the most recent election campaign, Mr. Chai had participated in Pheu Thai’s agrarian plan commission.

He again stated to the press that the party’s strong work ethic and sincerity, which made it well-liked among those in the agricultural sector, were the reasons he chose to work with it. He continued,” It was that trust that inspired him to meet the agrarian policy committee.
