Chachoengsao plane crash: All 9 aboard feared dead

Following an 11-hour research activity, volunteers discovered no victims at the page of a smaller plane crash in Chachoengsao on Thursday.

The Thai Flying Service Cessna Caravan C208 ( HS-SKR ) with nine passengers left Samut Prakan at 2.46pm, according to the flight tracking website FL360aero, and headed for Ko Mai Chee airport in Trat. Around 3 p.m., the aeroplane apparently lost touch with the Suvarnabhumi power tower. &nbsp,

In the Bang Pakong city, the accident took place at 3.18 p.m. behind Wat Khao Din.

In a marsh bush close to the church, the plane’s wreckage was discovered in the mud. A picture of three international people and women’s clothing were likewise discovered at the location.

To drill mud about 10 meters deep and eight meters wide, rescuers used pushes to dump water and shovel trucks. During their research, they located some human body parts.

By 2 a.m. on Friday, Chacheongsao government Chonlatee Yangtrong estimated that all nine passengers on board had already passed away in the collision.

The victims included five Chinese immigrants: Zhang Jingjing, 12, Zhang Jing, 43, Tang Yu, 42, Yin Jinfeng, 45, and Yin Hang, 13.

The two Thai trip servants were Napak Jirasiri, 35, and Siriyupa Arunatid, 26. The captain was Flt Lt Anucha Dechapirakchon, 61, and the co-pilot was Pornsak Totab, 30.
