The cause of the fire, which destroyed the majority of the Trok Pho community in Bangkok’s Yaowarat area on Saturday night, is still being investigated by investigators from the Office of Police Forensic Science ( OPFS).

According to Pol Col Wittawas Kengkum, the police station’s captain, Phlapphla Chai 2, on Monday, a birds-eye view of the hearth image had allowed them to frame the likely source of the fire. The remains were still being strewn over and being hosed downward, so they were unable to get close. &nbsp,

A home was the subject of an investigation about 50 meters from the corner entry. The entire home was destroyed. The electric junction box was particularly interesting.

Community native Amphorn Palampusut, 41, said she and her father heard a sharp tone, like a firework going off, before the blaze tore&nbsp, through the neigbourhood. &nbsp,

She initially offered to start the fire, but she later expressed concern about getting an energy shock. As the flames grew in strength, she again off and let it happen. She was concerned about the things they had left behind at home. &nbsp,

The cause of the fire has not been confirmed. Authorities are awaiting a detailed record from the&nbsp, OPFS. &nbsp,

” It is still under investigation. Everything was excluded, not even the possibility of arson, which some people believe might lead to business use of the area. However, I believe that is more of a rumor. We need to focus on the authorities statement”, Pol Col Wittawas said. There were no defendants at this stage of the inspection.

Numerous individuals in the community had been interrogated by authorities. The majority of them claimed to have heard the flames alert and were able to escape quickly. &nbsp, &nbsp,

” Right then, we are cooperating with all sections, the OPFS in particular, in investigating the image to determine the cause as soon as possible and let people back into the area”, Pol Col Wittawas said. &nbsp,

The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation was assisting in the cleanup so that the OPFS may investigate the issue more fully. Its confirmation after this year, he said, was expected. &nbsp,
