Castration bill makes the cut

The House of Representatives yesterday passed a bill allowing recidivist sex offenders and violent criminals to under your own accord receive chemical castration.

The procedure should be carried out by a minimum of two specialists, psychiatric and medical. The bill also needs the offenders to become monitored for 10 years. They must wear digital monitoring bracelets after their release to get a period of time.

South Korea, The ussr, Poland and some areas of the United States have also turned to chemical castration to lessen repeat offending.
