Cambodia PM Hun Manet to make first official visit to Singapore

SINGAPORE: &nbsp, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet&nbsp, will make his first official visit to Singapore on Tuesday ( Jun 18 ). &nbsp,

According to a statement from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( MFA ), Dr. Hun Manet will receive an official welcome at the Istana. &nbsp,

He may then make a phone call to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and meet with Lawrence Wong, the prime minister and finance secretary, bilaterally. In Dr. Hun Manet’s honor, Mr. Wong may also sponsor an formal dinner. &nbsp,

During his two- day&nbsp, attend, he may even get a phone by&nbsp, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

” Prime Minister Hun Manet is scheduled to attend the Cambodia- Singapore Business Forum and attend Nanyang Polytechnic and Keppel Infrastructure@Changi”, MFA said.

He may be accompanied by Cambodia’s Sok Chenda Sophea, the country’s deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs and global cooperation, governmental members, senior government figures, and Chamber of Commerce members.
