Mr. Wan made reference to an audio tape that allegedly showed a dialogue between a House council member and CEO and founder of The iCon Group, Waraphon” Paul” Waratyaworrakul.

Mr. Warathaphon explained specifics of the audio tape on a broadcast show on Monday. He acknowledged speaking with a guy in the video, though the talk was unrelated to the current issues and occurred about two years ago. He claimed that someone at the moment complained to him, and the person in the video offered to assist him for 100,000 baht.

” I did provide him 100, 000 ringgit a month, but not every month… I did n’t ask for any free assistance from others. But he did not demand 30 million ringgit from me”, he said.

The deputy spokesman for the Palang Pracharath Party, Samart Janechaijittawanich, denied a declare on Monday that he was the person reportedly speaking to the image executive in the video. He promised to reimburse everyone who falsely accuses him. He stated that he is currently traveling abroad and will inform the internet when he gets back.

The comedian took 40 other people to the Bangkok Consumer Protection Police Division to lodge grievances against the business he had formerly promoted.

According to Mr. Pakorn, The logo Group had used him as a means to entice more people to its network. His images were used without his assent, he said.

He claimed that he was ready to return the funds he had earned from the business after his contract had been terminated.

Some individuals who were impacted by his actions contacted him because they did not know how to complain. So, he went down with them on Monday. He claimed to support those who lost their money. The actor claimed that the business had been telling him lies and was keeping his knowledge a secret.

Mr. Pakorn stated that he was willing to work with the justice system and that he would never attempt to defend any wrongs he might have unintentionally committed. He ran into the police the following morning after Kan Kantathavorn, a well-known TV host and artist, had rushed to range himself from the company.

In the symbol Group expense case, authorities said on Monday that they had interrogated 635 people who claimed to have lost entire 232 million baht.

Officials from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board and the Consumer Protection Police Division conducted a search of the company’s facilities last Friday to obtain information. Additionally, they looked at 15 of the company’s alleged materials.

Despite having just 15 products for sale, an investigation revealed that the company’s annual profit exceeded 5 billion ringgit.

Regulators are now looking into whether the sales figures correspond to the company’s reported profits and whether the goods were made available to the general public.
