After being detained in South Korea, one of the three Asian offenders in the death of a man who was dumped in a chamber has denied presence.

The believe is in his 20s. His name has not been made public by North Vietnamese officers.

Pol Maj Gen&nbsp, Theeradet&nbsp, Thumsuthee, a Metropolitan Police Bureau research captain, on Monday identified the imprisoned man as Lee Roun.

One of the offenders purchased a similar chamber at a using store on May 3 from surveillance video. According to authorities, the pickup’s chamber was allegedly dropped into the pond on May 5 using camera recordings.

On Saturday night, divers discovered the chamber on the reservoir’s bottom. There was a man’s system inside it, and the disc was topped up with concrete.
