Four suspects were detained in three vehicles carrying 1.4 million speeding tablets intended for Malaysia.

In a search that led to the arrest of four drug traffickers on Saturday, authorities in PATTANI detained more than 1.4 million mdma pills bound for Malaysia.
The joint functioning even involved Pattani officials, the Narcotics Control Board and the defense, said Pol Maj Gen Nitinai Langyanai, chief of Provincial Police Region 9.  ,
The four men were found in three vehicles with 350 bags weighing about 350 kg and a$ 80 million worth. The items were inside of the vehicles. Additionally, six cell devices were seized.
Their arrest was based on information gathered by Pattani policeman that indicated a significant drug delivery was passing through southern border provinces into neighboring Malaysia.
Officials located the three suspected drug-carriers at a Songkhla gas station and began monitoring them. As they entered Pattani, officers could see them being interrogated by their recognition.
The suspects were identified solely as Ekatat, 41, Arthit, 43, Ananchawat, 35, and Somchai, 27. All of them confessed to transporting illegal drugs with intention to deliver, said authorities.
The suspects claimed to be working with a local resident named simply Toh and that they were working with him. More information is being , collected to obtain a warrant for his record.
