Thailand: A doctor who claimed to have been kicked by a European gentleman in February while she was sitting on the actions next to his Yamu Beach home will contest his dismissal on rape charges.

Dr Thandao Chandam, 26, said on Thursday that she was disappointed by the judge’s choice.

She expressed gratitude to the public for her spiritual aid in the case, and promised to fight for justice. She also pledged to stand by her assault accusation.

Her parents, Kasem Chandam, said the family decided to appeal for the sake of justice, adding that he hoped the people do keep up with the help. ” We will do our best to restore justice”, he said.

On February 24, a companion and Dr. Thandao were sitting on the oceanfront steps near his rented palace when a 45-year-old man was accused of kick Dr. Thandao in the rear.

The plaintiff, who ran an elephant camp in Phuket, had reportedly accused the physician of intruding on his occupied property.

The actions leading to the seaside were, it turned out, improperly constructed and not part of the property. They were afterwards demolished.

The alleged blow was captured on a mobile picture, leading a public outcry and calling for Mr Fehr’s imprisonment.

Following a proposal from Phuketan officials, the Immigration Bureau suspended Mr. Fehr’s card on March 7. According to the ministry, Mr. Fehr’s behavior was viewed as a menace to social order. He is contesting the imprisonment purchase.

Following that, Mr. Fehr was charged with rape and the situation was turned over to the Criminal Court.

But, the court on Tuesday acquitted Mr. Fehr, giving him the benefit of the doubt because the plaintiff had no concrete proof of physical assault to back up his claim. It outlined its justifications in a thorough event description that was made available on Wednesday.

Mr. Fehr has always maintained that when he fell on the actions, his foot popped up in the air, which made it appear on the picture that he was kicking.

Five other members of his class have left as celebration executives as their separation from the gathering deepens, and Thamanat Prompow, who is the party’s secretary-general, has resigned as party secretary-general.

Thamanat announced his intention to start on Thursday, telling the audience. The Election Commission has received the directors ‘ defections.

The action was made ahead of Friday’s group board meeting, which will be presided over by leader Gen Prawit Wongsuwon.

To prevent losing their MP tickets, Thamanat and his colleagues have never given up their PPRP members.

Thamanat acknowledges that he is looking into constitutional options so that he and his supporters may keep Palang Pracharath with their MP reputation intact. The practice has always been for a party to remove an MP so they can keep their chair as long as they can find a replacement party to join.

All told, the important political plumber from Phayao is said to have 20 of the group’s 40 MPs on his part. The other group maintains close relations to Gen. Prawit.

Thamanat tried again before to stir up Palang Pracharath, again in 2021, by targeting Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha but he lost that large, along with his government chair. He left the party but afterwards returned, swearing fidelity to Gen Prawit. &nbsp,

Thamanat claimed on Thursday that he had lost trust in the organization. He claimed that the Pheu Thai Party’s new ministerial nominations were compiled and sent to the ruling party without his knowledge.

Three people from the Thamanat party, including his nephew, are in the new government of Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra. The criticism includes the remaining Palang Pracharath MPs.

During this year’s discussion on the 2025 budget act, the Thamanat party was spotted seated in the Pheu Thai seats area in the House of Representatives. The Prawit party continued to sit in the PPRP seating arrangement.

Next month, the Pheu Thai Party made a statement about the PPRP’s withdrawal from the partnership. More precisely, it was looking to clean all those dedicated to Gen Prawit, who has been suspected of manoeuvring against Pheu Thai.

Some in Pheu Thai suspect that the 78-year-old former army captain was behind the morality complaint, filed by 40 past legislators, that ended the perfect ministership of Srettha Thavisin. &nbsp, Apart from Thamanat, the five people who exited the PPRP executive board are Narathiwat MP Sampan Mayusoh, Atthakorn Sirilatthayakorn ( Chachoengsao ), Boonying Nitikanchana ( Ratchaburi), Phai Lik ( Kamphaeng Phet ), and Boonsing Warinrak.

Palang Pracharath’s committee, which has been reduced from 19 to 13, is scheduled to meet on Friday night to appoint its new chair. Assistant chief Paiboon Nititawan is expected to remove Thamanat as secretary-general.

The Pheu Thai Party-led government’s workers plan, especially the proposal to increase the normal minimum wage to 400 baht global, remains intact, according to Caretaker Labour Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn.

Mr. Phiphat assured readers that the wage increase, which will target particular professions and specific industries, will take effect on October 1 with more details set to be announced shortly.

According to him, the pay committee, which is led by Pairoj Chotikasathien’s permanent secretary for labor, will likely meet half before finalizing and releasing the specifics of the wage increase.

The new wage rate will be made public this month, but it wo n’t affect all workers and business owners.

” The state is committed to carrying on the preceding government’s plan, and the Labour Ministry has previously submitted its proposal]for participation in the administration’s plan statement], “he said.

The Pheu Thai-led government’s important election assurance is to raise the regular minimum income. Within its first year of power, the government wants to raise the compensation from 400 to 600, and by 2027, that is the government’s goal.

Recently, the bilateral council approved a 400-baht regular income on March 26, which took result in pieces of 10 counties on April 13, including Phuket, Koh Samui in Surat Thani, Pattaya in Chon Buri, Chiang Mai City in Chiang Mai, and Pathumwan and Watthana towns in Bangkok. It applied to tourism-related businesses and four-star hotels with at least 50 employees.

Additionally, the labor minister pledged to assist employees who are affected by business closures and pay them fair wages.

According to information from the Department of Industrial Works, 1, 260 factories were opened and 667 factories were shut down between January and July of this year. The rate of factory openings was close to a five-year average.

After dividing the number of closed factories from the number of new factories, there was a rise in investment of 167.6 billion baht and an increase in employment of 25, 663 people.

Meanwhile, Thaweesan Wichaiwong, president of Khon Kaen’s Industry Council, said the Federation of Thai Industries is opposed to the nationwide, across-the-board wage hike of 400 baht.

He argued that the provincial’s inflation indices and economic conditions should be adjusted to accommodate wage increases otherwise they would hurt SMEs ( small and medium-sized businesses ), which would have to bear additional costs.

Mr Thaweesan added that the wage hike is a double-edged sword. Eventually, the extra costs will be passed on to consumers, and some manufacturers might relocate to countries with lower labour costs.

The employment scheme of the Pheu Thai-led government, especially the plan to raise the regular minimum wage to 400 baht nationwide, remains intact, according to caretaker Labour Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn.

On Thursday, Mr. Phiphat assured me that the wage increase, which will target particular professions and certain areas, will start effective on October 1, with additional details set to be announced shortly.

Before releasing the specific information of the raise, he claimed, the national income commission, which is led by the Ministry of Labour’s permanent secretary, will meet half.

” The new pay rate will be disclosed this month, but it will just apply to specific groups of workers and companies”, he said.

” The government is committed to carrying on the previous government’s policy, and the labour ministry has already submitted its proposal]for inclusion in the government’s policy statement ] (# )”.

A key vote guarantee from the Pheu Thai Party was raising the regular minimum wage. It made a pledge last year to raise the minimum wage to 400 ringgit in its first year in energy and to 600 rmb by 2027.

The present least income is between 330 and 370 ringgit depending on the state.

The federal income commission — with representatives from government, businesses and workers organizations — approved a 400-baht daily income on March 26, but with limitations.

The new charge took result in pieces of 10 counties on April 13, including Phuket, Koh Samui in Surat Thani, Pattaya in Chon Buri, Chiang Mai City in Chiang Mai, and Pathumwan and Watthana towns in Bangkok. It applied to tourism-related firms and four-star establishments with at least 50 people.

Additionally, Mr. Phiphat pledged to assist people who have been affected by business closures and to pay them the appropriate wages.

According to data from the Department of Industrial Works, 667 businesses were shut along and 1, 260 were opened between January and July of this year. The price of stock openings was close to the five-year common, he said.

After comparing the data from shut companies to those from newly opened ones, there was a rise in expenditure of 167.6 billion ringgit and an increase in work of 25, 663 individuals.

However, Thaweesan Wichaiwong, chairman of the Khon Kaen Industry Council, said the Federation of Thai Industries is opposed to a global, across-the-board income of 400 ringgit.

He argued that the increase may be adjusted in light of provincial inflation indices and economic conditions, as small businesses may suffer as a result, having to bear extra costs.

Finally, he said, the extra expenses may be passed on to customers, and some producers may travel to countries with lower employment costs.

A circumstance against a Ratchaburi lady was turned down by an appeal court after former prime minister Prayut Chan-o-cha made an appearance in the state while she was being beaten up by police and security guards.

Their management of the girl was unnecessarily based on her 62 years of age. They must be more vigilant and work in a manner acceptable to the plaintiff’s standing, the court said in overturning a lower-court decision.

The court of first instance had sentenced Ms. Wantana to 6 weeks and 10 weeks without a disqualification for obstructing government, refusing to comply with them, and causing a public commotion.

The charm judge stated that it disagreed with the ruling. The defendant’s charm was upheld and the fees against her were dismissed.

Ms. Wantana claimed Gen. Prayut’s safety team assaulted her while the premier was in Ratchaburi’s Ban Pong region on March 13, 2023.

She claimed that she was dragged away from the roadside by armed and police personnel where she had been waiting to heat her economic complaints to Gen Prayut.

Two female police officers in uniform pulled her away in a video that went viral on social media, and another agent used an awning to keep her safe from the eye. At one stage her tongue was gagged.

At the time, Ms. Wantana asserted that a few people who had been manning her were opposition to the government. They might have used bad speech as the prime minister’s parade was passing, but she did not, she said. She also emphasized that she was only expressing her concerns rather than protesting.

Ms. Wantana contested the 2019 general vote for the Puea Chart Party, which is affiliated with the Pheu Thai Party in Ratchaburi.

Wantana O-thong is pictured in a TV news record in Ban Pong, Ratchaburi, on March 13, 2023, being dragged from the side of the road where Prayut Chan-o-cha was passing.

Most of the content of the policy declaration would be the same as that of the earlier state, said Ms Paetongtarn.

She even made a promise to carry on the foreign trade initiatives that were initiated under Mr. Srettha.

In the document, Ms. Paetongtarn said she would also take into account policy ideas from other alliance parties, which she hoped to finalize afterwards on Thursday.

The new case, which includes a number of experienced politicians ‘ family members, received criticism from the prime minister. She claimed that the changes gave her a positive impression of how more people would support her new officials ‘ efforts.

Ms. Paetongtarn, 38, added that because she was the nation’s youngest excellent secretary and was determined to work at her best, detractors may sympathize with her and control their grievances.

When she delivers her plan statement, the government will have their first chance to see the new prime minister in action in congress. Wisut Chainarun, the head of the government, claimed Thursday and Friday had been set apart for discussion and discussion of the speech.
