According to the Department of Livestock Development, the person who anesthetized a black kitten in the TV series The Empress of Ayodhaya, also known as Mae Yua, was a member of the animal welfare organization.

The cat, named Samli, appeared in a field in episode 5 of the famous Thai theatre on Channel One 31 next year. The cat was depicted in the field, where it was treated for convulsions before going into labor and “dying.”

Public concern over the incident grew to be widely known as a result of the incident, which caused inquiries to be posted on social media about the creature’s welfare.

According to Dr. Chaiwalun Tunak, director of the Department of Livestock Development’s Animal Welfare and Veterinary Services Division, the five-year-old kitten was taken to a state animal clinic for a standard actual exam that revealed that it was strong and healthy.

The cat’s anesthetist was identified as an employee of the organization where it was originally from, according to the investigation.

According to Dr. Chaiwalun, the office will inform the police of its findings for investigation.

Thai soldiers ‘tortured and killed Myanmar migrant’, rights group says

Army claims to be looking into an event in Tak province that several witnesses confirmed.

A party for human rights has demanded that Thai authorities do more investigation into the “horrific” killing of a Myanmar immigrant earlier this year, alleging that three soldiers had tortured and beaten the man.

According to Fortify Rights, Aung Ko Ko, 37, died after three men and a Myanmar regional brought him to an abandoned military vault where they kicked and beat him with a bamboo rod because he was a member of a local defense group that carried the Thai flag, according to witnesses and legal papers.

The prey was a voluntary part of the Baan Tai town security police, known in Thai as Chor Ror Bor, who were trained and vetted by Thai officials, according to Fortify Rights ‘” Death at the Thai-Myanmar Border.” Their dress of black shirts with the Department of Provincial Administration logo on them was recognized.

A Thai jury convicted the Myanmar person, Sirachuch, in September and sentenced him to five years in prison for being an accomplice to Aung Ko Ko’s suicide, according to Fortify Rights and the prosecutor’s prosecutor, who declined to comment further, citing the awareness of the case.

But, the police chief in Mae Sot, where Aung Ko Ko’s body was found, told Reuters that Sirachuch had not identified his partners.

He did not name any others, but” we have thoroughly followed the lawful process,” according to Pol Col Pittayakon Petcharat.

The military said it was looking into the claims.

Thailand has always prioritized and valued human rights, according to Maj Gen Thanathip Sawangsang, a spokesman for the army, who was quoted by AFP as saying,” We are in the process of investigating and looking for the facts.”

Reuters was unable to independently verify the allegations or contact Sirachuch for remark. He was contacted by Reuters ‘ prosecutor for inquiries.

Thailand’s coming member of the UN Human Rights Council had a “heightened responsibility to protect people right,” according to Fortify Rights ‘ CEO, Matthew Smith, in a statement.

” The brutal torture and dying of Aung Ko Ko may be allowed to go unresolved”, he said.

Smith claimed to have spoken with the DSI about the situation in the first few days of November. A post demand was not received by the DSI.

Since the coup in Myanmar in 2021, which caused chaos and sent many persons fleeing across the border, anti-migrant attitude has risen in Thailand as a result.

A growing number of illegal Myanmar migrants, according to some ultra-nationalist groups, have alleged that Thai state regulations have been weak, leading to their claim to have received social benefits.

Aung Ko Ko’s close family reported that the construction worker had left Myanmar to get better medical care.

” They did n’t have to kill him”, the relative said, through tears. ” I feel really hurt. I want those culprits who killed ( him ) to have suitable punishment”.

In Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetchaburi territory, a lion reportedly spotted posing as a victim while it was out circling a helicopter.

The adult lion was observed by park employees in the Ban Krang region on Friday, according to Mongkol Chaipakdee, park manager. &nbsp,

The team first observed the exotic pet emerging from a nearby bush. &nbsp, It walked around a room region before entering the runway, amid the shouts of dusky plant monkeys, said Mr Mongkol.

Following next month’s incident of another lion on a road in the national park, the staff began to think the leopard belonged to a different family after observing its behavior.

According to the area chief, they believed this female feline was pursuing dusky leaf monkeys because the area offers a perfect setting for ambushing prey.

It is the fourth dead orangutans reported this month, with a headless dugong discovered floating near a wharf in Phuket on Thursday.

Local anglers alerted officials after finding the degraded carcass of a full-grown man orangutans, measuring 2.2 feet and weighing about 250 kilogrammes, near Ban Bang Rong wharf in Thalang area. &nbsp,

The Coastal Resources Research Centre ( Upper Andaman Sea ) estimated that the body had been dead for four to five days.

The dugong’s chest was covered in a knife, suggesting that it was being sought after for its claws and tears, which were found in talismans. The situation has been referred to Thalang authorities for inspection.

Alligators are endangered, according to the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, and their populations are declining as a result of habitat loss and shooting. The office argued that there is no justification for believing that habitat fangs and tears have luck-bringing properties.

This affair follows earlier reports of habitat deaths in Krabi and Trang on November 3.

In order to protect marine life during the Loy Krathong festival, authorities also advised the people to steer clear of floating krathongs in the water.

Suvarnabhumi Airport’s Midfield Satellite Terminal 1 ( SAT-1 ) has been named one of the World’s Most Beautiful Airports for 2024 by Prix Versailles, said Transport Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit.

In a series of structural events that Unesco has announced annually since 2015, six airport projects have been honored for their aesthetic qualities and influence on the traveling experience of users in five countries.

The various five are Zayed International Airport Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Felipe Ángeles International Airport Zumpango, Mexico, Terminal 2 Changi of Changi Airport, Singapore, Logan International Airport Terminal, and Kansas City International Airport, both in the United States.

The Prix Versailles honors showcase the finest modern projects worldwide in the types of airports, schools, customer stations, sports venues, museums, emporiums, hotels, and restaurants.

According to the honoree webpage, the official record is in line with the concepts of brilliant sustainability, taking the projects ‘ biological, social, and social impacts into consideration.

The six flights may be competing for three 2024 World Titles– Prix Versailles, Interior and Exterior. According to Mr. Suriya, the finalists will be revealed at the Unesco office on December 2.

Opened in September last month, the SAT-1 switch occupies a total interior functional area of 251, 400 square feet and an apron place of more than 260, 000 sq feet.

It has two underwater flooring and is four stories high. The connector will raise the airport’s passenger-handling power to 60 million per year, away from 45 million.

Airports of Thailand ( AoT ) incorporated Thai architecture into the terminal’s interior design. Paintings are displayed there that show the country’s four areas ‘ traditional arts.

The third-floor departure terminal’s significant statues of animals and magical Himaphan animals, including Kinnaree, Hemaraj, and Hongsa, and the second-floor display of traditional arts make the interior more obvious.

There are also two Buddha figures placed on budsaboks, or raised websites, at both ends of the switch.

Additionally, it demonstrates how effective and functional airport providers are in terms of protecting the environment.

The switch has programmed toilets that reduce water use, and 28 aircraft parking bays that are connected to contact gates, making it easier for passengers to travel.

Mr Suriya said the tower’s infrastructure exudes a fine blend of practical patterns, Thailand’s cultural identity, and works showing people ‘ experiences.

Ex-PM sees no risk to Pheu Thai

Thaksin comfortable despite gap rumours, 4 petitions

Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra is convinced that the coalition government led by Pheu Thai did win a whole term in power.

He made the remarks on Thursday while assisting a Pheu Thai campaign rally in Udon Thani to support the upcoming Provincial Administrative Organization ( PAO ) chair election.

He was responding to rumors that the alliance may not be able to thrive after the election. Due to the fact that Pheu Thai is currently the subject of four appeals accusing it of being led by Paetongtarn Shinawatra’s parents, Thaksin, and of being dominated by it.

Following a dispute between the State Railway of Thailand ( SRT ) and the Department of Lands ( DoL ), there has also been concern about a potential rift between coalition parties in Buri Ram’s Khao Kradong region.

The government does, in my opinion, be finished. There should be no trouble. Common ground exists between coalition parties ‘ ideas. When Ms. Paetongtarn invites them for a conversation, they may leave the room, Thaksin said.

By the end of this year, he added,” I’m also assured that the government’s financial trigger procedures and other efforts will produce visible results.”

Phumtham Wechayachai, the minister of defense, earlier brushed away rumor that Pheu Thai and partnership partner Bhumjaithai were engaged in a new issue.

The SRT is led by Pheu Thai’s Suriya Jungrungreangkit, while the DoL is led by Bhumjaithai head Anutin Charnvirakul and minister of internal Anutin Charnvirakul.

Land plots in the Khao Kradong area of the Muang area, which cover 5, 083 ra, are at the heart of the debate. The SRT is attempting to regain its territory, accusing the DoL of being dishonest because it has issued area papers to undocumented residents.

The DoL and the road organization are required to collaborate on the examination of Khao Kradong’s borders, which the Central Administrative Court has also ruled in favor of the SRT.

Despite the 2021 Supreme Court’s decision to grant the property to the SRT, it was revealed last week that the property committee had voted to reject the property papers.

Asked if petitions filed against Pheu Thai could lead to the downfall of the coalition government, Thaksin said:” They]critics ] keep nitpicking every day. There is no need to give them little interest”.

The petitions were lodged by Thai Pakdee Party Chairman Warong Dechgitvigrom, Ruangkrai Leekitwattana, a member of the Palang Pracharath Party ( PPRP ), Noppharut Worachitwutthikun, a former key leader of the political group Phirap Khao 2006, and an anonymous individual.

Their requests pertain to various information, such as the coalition government’s policy speech to congress, which reflects striking resemblance with Thaksin’s suggestions on federal policies made at a nearby conference in August.

The main point of contention, however, is that Pheu Thai and, particularly, the current and former coalition parties that met Thaksin at his Bangkok home on August 14 when Srettha Thavisin was removed as prime minister by the Constitutional Court.

During that gathering, the coalition parties and Thaksin officially discussed potential Srettha alternatives.

Dr Warong said the meeting of the officials at Thaksin’s house to examine Mr Srettha’s son backs the claims.

According to Dr. Warong, having a group come under the influence of an observer is against the Political Parties Act because Thaksin is never a Pheu Thai part.

But, Pheu Thai shrugged off the requests seeking to dissolve the party, describing them as political antics.

Addressing about 5, 000 individuals during a campaign rally in Udon Thani’s Muang city yesterday, Thaksin urged local people to vote for Pheu Thai’s member, Sarawut Phetphanom, to become the PAO head.

Thaksin promised to give up anything short of a landslide victory, as he promised to.

From November 19 to November 20, Thaksin is expected to assist in rallies in Surin province.

On November 23, Surin will host the PAO chair election, and Udon Thani will hold the election on November 24.

Prior to this, Mr. Phumtham asserted that Thaksin was not permitted to support the campaign, claiming that the former prime minister is only supporting Pheu Thai’s candidates.
