A well-mannered silver criminal in Samut Sakhon removed his shoes from the store after receiving a notification.

Somlak Chanthongtae, 32, snatched two earrings for four ringgit in golden pounds, or 171, 600 ringgit from a store in Muang area, near Wat Ketmadi Sriwararam, about 200m from Rama II Road.

Mr Somlak, described in media reports as a “well-mannered criminal” for taking off his boots before access, left his boots behind in his eagerness to depart, police say.

He fled on foot to his bicycle, which he took to a group outside. He ditched the vehicle for a car, which he took to a golden factory in Mahachai, where he sold the earrings for 162, 000 ringgit.

He then took the car to Mor Chit vehicle switch, where he hopped on an inter-provincial vehicle for Phrae. Late at night while traveling in Phichit with his girl, to whom he hoped to get married, Mr. Somlak was met by officers.

He hoped to use the money from his golden robbery to fund his engagement, but he never succeeded. The wealth was also present when the officer apprehended him.

As municipal police took Mr Somlak back to the store for a crime restoration, he gave workers a wai by way of explanation. ” I took my shoes off at the entry because the signal told me to”, he said matter-of-factly.

News accounts said the movement showed he was well-mannered and cared for cleaning, if not for the victim’s metal.

In the Bang Thorat city, Mr. Somlak was visiting his family. He knew he needed to raise funds for his wedding, the reports said, but on Nov 12 decided to kidnap the business.

When team members were distracted, he appears to have taken the gold. There was no notice of a tool. When he entered, he was wearing a bottom and a hood, but he used a simple face mask to conceal his face.

Authorities charged him with fraud.

The picture upset her brother, who started to cry, she said.

After breaking up with A, Nott, who she initially saw, hunted Nott on his motorcycle, and became angry with him as well.

A, who was seriously hurt, was attacked by the two as they attempted to make an yet play.

He laid a problem, and officers last year tracked her down. Officials say she admitted the offence merely half-heartedly, as she was taken away by its weight: a joint command of premeditated crime. ” I thought it would be assault at best”, said Ms Supattra, then five weeks ‘ female.

As far as Nott is concerned, since the assault he has been jailed in Pattaya for a medication crime. When he would be charged, there was no expression in the news.

To drunk to conceal one’s body

The father of a person who was strangled and stabbed to death on their bed is being sought by police in Nakhon Ratchasima.

Authorities in Pak Chong claim a neighbor noticed Sinuan, 50, missing on November 11 and discovered her brain.

The neighbor alerted others because the room was locked, but he noticed a bad taste and did so.

Officers forced their way into Sinuan’s room, where he was found blanket-covered in the body.

A fruit weapon was near and she had been repeatedly stabbed in the throat. Her neck’s bulges indicate that she was also throttled.

Attempts to find the husband, Bancha, or Deow ( no surname given ) were unsuccessful, though a relative of the victim’s said Bancha had asked him for a lift earlier that day.

He claimed he was returning to Nakhon Sawan, where he was originally from, to start corn harvesting.

The couple, who had only been dating for six months, were last seen eating in front of the home on November 9 before the body was discovered.

The father may have slept with the system over the course of an overnight drive before fleeing. The suspect had started digging a hole near the home, perhaps to suppress the figure, but he had given up on the process, according to investigators.

According to them, the ground was tough, or he may have been too drunk to finish the job. Rather, he lowered a tree to cover the gap.

The research continues.

When the income ran away, he and his partner, who is still on the work, would take some more.

The young criminal complained that when he sold five sacks of corn to the factory late, they paid him merely 1, 800 ringgit, 200 ringgit less than last time.

Hospitality for both islands has been impacted by fake information associated with the Full Moon Party, according to Ratchaporn Poonsawat, the president of the Koh Samui hospitality advertising association, on Saturday. At the end of the small year, the group has been profitable for local businesses, but for false information could hurt tourism.

He urged prudence when sharing information on social media, making reference to information from the Full Moon Party about a possible terrorist plot against Israelis. These studies had formerly been dismissed as misleading by security officials.

Ratchaporn noted that with increasing numbers of visitors from Europe and India and a fourfold rise in South Asian visitors this time, tourism has significantly improved.

” In December, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao are entering the great commerce time. Tourists should receive valuable information. People should help promote the beauty ( of the three tourist islands ) and security during the New Year”, said Mr Ratchaporn. ” But far, there have been no delays. Officers are working together to ensure the protection of guests, making sure that crimes, thefts, or terror attacks will certainly result”.

Tourists can be assured that Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao are secure, he added.

Govt to okay JTC for Cambodia talks

Phumtham: Likely to lead committee
Phumtham: Likely to lead council

At a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, the government is expected to approve the establishment of the Joint Technical Committee (JTC ) to discuss the development of disputed maritime areas in the Gulf of Thailand.

The JTC, which is being formed by the Foreign Affairs Ministry, is likely to be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai, who likewise serves as defence secretary.

When the government approves the JTC’s creation and his visit as its head, Mr. Phumtham declared on Friday that he is ready to move on to the talks with Cambodia.

He stated that experts from numerous organizations, including the Geological Department of the Royal Thai Navy and the Council of State, will be present at the JTC.

Mr. Phumtham claimed that the government would employ high-level experts to ensure that complex problems are properly addressed.

He argued that the contentious Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) signed in 2001 with Cambodia provides the framework for the negotiations and will allow the two nations to resolve the maritime border dispute peacefully.

Maris Sangiampongsa, the foreign affairs minister, may propose the JTC’s approval for the negotiations on Tuesday, according to a cause.

Despite the public’s doubts about whether the document may actually help the nation, critics of the MoU are urging the authorities to withdraw it.

Social activist Sonthiya Sawasdee requested yesterday that Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra renounce the MoU to avoid any problems that might occur from discussions based on it.

If the government does n’t take the public’s request, he said he would petition the Administrative Court to intervene and order the revocation.

Due to concerns about his enrollment, Mr. Sonthiya also requested that Ms. Paetongtarn hold off the visit of former finance minister Kittiratt Na-Ranong as the new chairman of the Bank of Thailand.

He claimed that Mr. Kittiratt’s interview, which is scheduled to take place in the year after his ouster, might violate the rules because he had previously advised former prime minister Srettha Thavisin and that this position was widely regarded as a political office.

If the government does n’t verify Mr. Kittiratt’s eligibility, he said he would ask the Constitutional Court for a decision.

Another advocate, Veera Somkwamkid, on Friday said that besides the 2001 MoU, the 2001 Joint Communique between Thaksin and former Thai head Hun Sen on June 18, 2001 may even lead to coastal province damage and maritime resources.

He demanded that the Pheu Thai-led state answer every question honestly and honestly and dispel any doubts about the MoU.
