According to Ittiporn, the payment is also gathering proof in Pita’s media-shares case.

Ittiporn Boonpracong, chairman of the Election Commission ( EC ), declared on Saturday that poll results would be approved much sooner than they were in 2019 and well before the mid-July deadline.

According to the law, the EC must officially confirm at least 95 % of all MPs-elect within 60 days of Election Day, or until July 13. On May 8, 2019, or 45 days after election day, it finished this work. The 45-day level would be reached on June 28 this time.

Since a protracted period of uncertainty is bad for trust and the market, the people and businesses have been pleading with the EC to approve the outcomes as soon as possible. In order to move forward with forming a government, the partners in the potential coalition led by the Move Forward Party ( MFP) also want to expedite the process.

On Saturday, Mr. Ittiporn stated that the committee still had to adhere to the correct procedures even though the results would be approved more quickly than the previous time and undoubtedly earlier than within the 60-day deadline.

He stated that in order to determine where voting recalls or even fresh polls may need to be held, it must first check all 95, 000 polling places across the country. The EC ought to immediately have access to this information.

The procedure may then proceed quickly, and the time when the ballot results may be formally endorsed would be clear, according to the EC chairman.

Next year, everyone is expected to be clear, he told the media. The EC is fully aware of the need to support statistic effects that might not be postponed. But, there are rules that the payment must adhere to.

According to him, there were about 280 problems against MPs-elect as of Friday. Approximately 20 winning candidates were the target of those issues, he continued.

The EC is currently focusing on determining whether those issues are supported by convincing data, he said.

iTV shares a circumstance

Even if Move Forward’s victory is declared standard later this month, the party will still encounter a challenge in the form of allegations that Pita Limjaroenrat, its leader, violated election laws by owning stock in media companies.

The EC had not yet started proper consideration, according to Mr. Ittiporn, who claimed that facts and evidence regarding Mrs. Pita’s ownership stakes in iTV Plc were still being gathered. If the problems are dismissed, Mr. Pita is in the obvious. However, the fee may ask the Constitutional Court for a decision if it is unsure. Mr. Ittiporn declined to say whether it would.

When asked whether Mr. Pita’s case was different from the one against Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, the head of the Progressive Movement, said the EC chair,” All holding situations are based on the facts and evidence at hand.”

Mr. Thanathorn owned 675,000 shares in V-Lucy Media Co Ltd., a life publication that was shut down. However, the Constitutional Court decided in November 2019 that he was not eligible to serve as an MP due to his ownership. The Future Forward Party, which Mr. Thanathorn had founded and led, was disbanded by the judge three months later due to a product he had made to it.

42, 000 stock of iTV, an independent journalist established in the 1990s, are at issue in Mr. Pita’s event. His parents, who passed away in 2006, was the original owner of the stocks. Mr. Pita attempted to sell the shares while serving as the estate’s director but was unsuccessful in doing so. He previously stated that he had given the EC an explanation of the situation before being sworn in following the vote in 2019.

In 2007, iTV ceased television, and Thai PBS took over its license. In 2014, the business was removed from the Thai Stock Exchange. Its company registration is still effective, though, as there is ongoing legal action against the government for concession fees. Other than small amounts from a company that rented gear to broadcasters but was dissolved in 2002, it hasn’t made any money from media activities in many years.

With 151 tickets, Move Forward won the election last month, 10 more than the Pheu Thai Party. A 313-member partnership made up of them and six other events aspires to become the next state.

In an effort to reduce traffic congestion, the Department of Rail Transport ( DRT) is urging the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand( MRTA ) to partially launch the Pink Line monorail’s main routes.

Ram Inthra Road may connect Khae Rai in Nonthaburi with the Min Buri neighborhood in eastern Bangkok via the 34. 5 km MRT Pink Line. Additionally, a connection between Khae Rai Station and Muang Thong Thani is being built.

The Pink Line project’s progress was followed up on yesterday by Atiphu Jittanukrao, assistant director-general of the DRT, to hasten its business launch.

According to him, the project’s main course is almost entirely finished, and work on the improvement has advanced by about 20 %.

However, it was discovered that the task had some troubles because overlapping structural problems with other agencies’ projects prevented the construction of ascending and descending sections from Chaengwatthana 14 to National Telecom channels.

The DRT has suggested half launching the new collection with Laksi and Min Buri stations as the two ends of a feed service for the Green and Red Line systems before its whole business launch second year in order to reduce traffic congestion.

The 3.2 km improvement range, according to Mr. Atiphu, may include stations at both Muang Thong Thani Lake and the latter.

When finished, the project will relieve traffic congestion and lower PM2.5 pollution, as well as make it easier for visitors to attend events and meetings held at the exhibition halls, he said.

Before a complete business launch in June, the concessionaire anticipates launching the trial run in January of next year.

A test of the Yellow Line will start on Saturday and next week, from Lat Phrao in Bangkok to Samrong in Samut Prakan, according to assistant state representative Traisuree Taisaranakul.

With five more projects to finish the course system, there are currently 11 electric teach networks covering 211.94 km of Bangkok and the nearby provinces.

Job on the Orange Line, the Airport Rail Link from the Phaya Thai-Don Mueang area, and the Purple Line are also continued, she said, in addition to the Pink Line and its improvement.

Robots were successfully used by the Public Health Ministry to fly 12 kilometers across the ocean to give medication to a doctor on Koh Puyu in Satun state.

Drs. Sophon Mekthon, the common wellbeing minister’s associate, and Nutthapong Wongwiwat, assistant director-general of the Department of Medical Services, held press briefings on Friday to discuss the findings of a helicopter test for Satun drug supply.

According to Dr. Sophon, the trial is a component of health service digitization by utilizing technology to offer remote residents more accessible and affordable solutions.

A test aircraft run would be carried out in Satun, a southwestern province, according to the ministry’s research committee.

According to Dr. Sophon,” The trial is the first time that Thailand has witnessed a drone flying across the ocean to provide medicine.”

He continued,” The aircraft delivered bags of blood back to Satun medical after transporting tetanus vaccines from the mainland to the Puyu tambon health promotion clinics on the island.”

To and from Satun Hospital, the distance was 12 kilometers. A group of engineers from Singapore, Skyports, and Gp Capt. Anukoon Onchan-om, a student at National Defence College, helped with the job, according to Dr. Sophon.

An advancement from Skyports Swoop Aero is the aircraft. The Swoop Kookaburra Mark 3 weighs 17 kilograms and is the design. At a fastest rate of 68 kilometers per hour, it is transport sales of up to 3 kg.

Dr. Sophon continued,” The droning can operate in rain at rates below 10 millimeters per hour and can travel continuously for 68 days.”

Additionally, he disclosed that the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission( NBTC) and the Thai Civil Aviation Authority had both given their blessing to the skilled helicopter service.

The helicopter is controlled by a nationwide satellite communication system.

According to Dr. Sophon,” The droning test proved to be a success.”

He continued,” It will provide access to medicines and medical services to people living in remote areas.”

” Health drones can provide medicines, vaccines, and creams to people in the event of any emergencies, such as natural disasters ,” he said.

Dr. Sophon continued,” It will soon serve as a model for other activities in the nation.”

Ex-EC official throws light on Pita issue

Applicants for the MFP crown won’t be affected.

Pol Col Jarungvith Phumma, former secretary-general of the Election Commission (EC), speaks at the EC headquarters on March 24, 2019. On Friday, he wrote on his Facebook that the outcome of a probe into Move Forward Party (MFP) leader Pita Limjaroenrat's alleged ineligibility to contest the elections will not impact his approval of MFP election candidates. On March 24, 2019, Pol Col. Jarungvith Phumma, a former secretary-general of the Election Commission ( EC ), will speak at the organization’s headquarters. He stated on Facebook on Friday that the results of a probe into the alleged ineligibility of Move Forward Party ( MFP) leader Pita Limjaroenrat to run for office would not affect his endorsement of MFP election candidates. ( File image )

An ex-election official claims that Pita Limjaroenrat’s acceptance of MFP election applicants will not be affected by the results of a probe into his alleged ineligibility to run for office.

Former Election Commission ( EC ) secretary-general Pol Col Jarungvith Phumma posted a hypothetical case about” Nitra ,” who was accused of the same thing as Mr. Pita, on his Facebook page.

In his capacity as the head of a recognized political party, Nitra supported the candidates for the group’s vote while also running for office using the checklist system and being nominated for prime minister.

He was charged with breaking the vote laws by owning stock in the media company Utv after the vote. He was declared unsuitable to work for the House by the court after it was determined that he had owned the stocks for five years prior to the election.

Pol Col Jarungvith claimed that despite being determined to be ineligible to cast a ballot, Nitra’s status as party leader — who supported the party candidates for office — was unaffected by the decision. Additionally, he wrote that the president of a political party is not prohibited by the laws governing political parties from owning or participating in the advertising industry.

The previous EC secretary-general’s appointment coincides with worries about the future of MFP election candidates as Mr. Pita, a candidate on the party list, is being investigated for allegedly owning 42, 000 shares of the 1990s-founded independent broadcaster iTV.

If an election member owns stock in a media company, they are constitutionally prohibited from running for office. If the situation would nullify Mr. Pita’s countenance of celebration candidates and compel a fresh election, questions are being raised.

Mr. Pita stated on Friday andnbsp that the EC has not yet contacted him to explain the nature of the share problem. He insisted that there was nothing to worry about and that the event would not have an impact on how the MFP-led coalition government may be formed.

He added that he was certain the situation did not result in a fresh election.

On Friday and NBP, political activist Ekachai Hongkangwan contacted the EC to support the vote outcome and expedite its investigation into Mr. Pita’s share-holding state.

When asked about the possibility of MFP adherents protesting Mr. Pita’s disqualification, he responded that the EC might come under pressure if it is thought to be dragging its feet or rendering an unjust decision.

He asserted that if the candidate for whom 14 million people voted is disqualified, it is appropriate for people to express their opinions and for MFP followers to protest.

Srisuwan Janya, the Association for the Protection of the Constitution’s secretary-general, presented what he claimed to be evidence to the EC on Friday to support the assertion that Mr. Pita owns the stock and that the internet company is still in operation.

He advised the EC to gather all the information and information before making a decision rather than rushing the case.

” The company does support Mr. Pita as an MP, but when it decides on the situation, it should also relate it to the Constitutional Court for a final decision ,” he said.

In the meantime, Pol Gen Visanu Prasarttong-Osoth, the police inspector basic, has stated that the CIB and the Inspector General of the Royal Thai Police are working together on the same situation.

According to Pol Gen Visanu, the council had requested a declaration from Mr. Wiroj and the LTFT regarding the purported bridge bribery. He stated that teams are being sent out by the committee to look into the says.

According to Pol Gen Visanu, everyone implicated in the corruption case will be charged and subject to discipline.

The posters used in the alleged corruption were supplied and sold by 46 people, five of whom have been found to be connected to police officers, according to an informed resource.
