A writer who claims a golf course owned by his home in the Pak Chong area of Nakhon Ratchasima may be occupying agricultural reform land has been criticized by deputy prime minister Anutin Charnvirakul.

The Bhumjaithai Party president, who is also the interior minister, is planning to investigate the property name record for the golf lessons at the Rancho Charnvee Resort &amp, Country Club.

Mr. Anutin claimed on Friday that the problem had been brought up to politically strike him and that he was prepared to fight back.

The planned inspection comes after the revelation of the improper growth of the Lam Takong self-help arrangement project in Nakhon Ratchasima, according to Thanadol Suwannarit, an crops minister’s advisor, told Inside Thailand on Friday.

A preliminary investigation found the party had encroached on some prohibited areas, including bush reserves, national park area, boundary forest planting zones, state property under the Treasury Department, and Alro land reform areas, he said.

Exploiting a constitutional hole, property rights were issued to members of the colony task, which, after five years, may be renewed as complete land title deeds, said Mr Thanadol, who also chairs the Alro land use investigation committee.

A 40, 000-rai plot of land, which is located at the foot of Khao Yai National Park, is located in the Pak Chong area. A resort owned by a social lawyer and a golf course owned by a well-known legislator that he did not identify were both located in the area.

Mr. Thanadol claimed that the golf training possessed a title to the property. The government will investigate how the hotel and golf course’s owners obtained the area because it was part of the Alro neighborhood.

Mr. Anutin claimed that the property title deed and other legal documents were issued years ago, and that the golf training was a part of his home business. He said he is ready to submit the property title files for attention, while calling the investigation discourteous.

The latest in a series of long-running plays involving property owned by ultra-wealthy officials in the regulating partnership is the cover over the golf course.

The Kla Dharma Party, whose most powerful leader is Thamanat Prompow, controls the agriculture department. He was expelled from the state seats after his party, the Palang Pracharath Party, lost ground to Thaksin Shinawatra, the de facto leader of the Pheu Thai Party, and lost support for it.

Just the Interior Ministry, controlled by Mr Anutin’s group, revoked the property subject to the&nbsp, Alpine Golf and Sports Club in Pathum Thani, owned by the Shinawatra home.

Some viewed that action as recompense for a campaign launched by the Ministry of Transport, which was led by the Pheu Thai Party, to reclaim property in the Buri Ram district’s Khao Kradong city.

The State Railway of Thailand ( SRT ) is seeking to reclaim the land, accusing the Department of Lands, under the Interior Ministry, of malfeasance for issuing land title deeds to occupants.

A soccer stadium and a culture track are both owned by Newin Chidchob, who is regarded as the party’s father.

Mr. Anutin’s community owns the majority of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Plc, which he founded before becoming president.
