Anti-terror drill staged in Chiang Rai

In an anti-terror preparedness drill, individuals in Chiang Rai Rajabhat University’s Crisis Management Exercise 2024 (C-MEX24 ) review a building program.

The Counter Terrorist Operations Centre’s five-day anti-terrorist drill, which is run by the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, may come to an end on Friday in Chiang Rai.

More than 500 participants from 60 agencies took part in the Crisis Management Exercise 2024 (C-MEX24 ) at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University, including officers from the army, navy, air force and police.

Additionally, officers from the US Joint Counter Terrorist Training and Advisory Team, the US Department of Energy, and the US First Special Forces Group ( Airborne ).

The training are intended to check the companies ‘ readiness to engage in counter-terrorism activities.
