Since Hamas began its rape over the weekend, another Thai contractor has reportedly died in Israel, bringing the total number of Thai deaths to 21. Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin announced this on Thursday night.

Before leaving for Singapore on an official visit, Mr. Srettha made the statement at 9.10 am( Malaysian time ).

He omitted to say what led to the Thai farmer’s death. According to reports, Hamas insurgents launched an attack on Israel on September 7 from Gaza or from the rocket fire of the group, killing 20 additional Thais.

According to Mr. Srettha, Thai authorities are looking for ways to remove Vietnamese workers from the conflict zone. The best option seemed to be to evacuate by boat, but this is not possible because it must be done via the Gaza Strip, which is extremely dangerous, he said, adding that another option may be by territory through Jordan.

According to the prime minister, the authorities is sending more workers to Israel to guarantee prompt and secure emergency. According to him, the second group of 15 Thais left Israel and was scheduled to arrive in Thailand at 11 p.m. on Thursday.
