Another accident as concrete chunks fall from Rama 2 expressway

SAMUT SAKHON- On Tuesday night, chunks of cement fell from an bandwidth frame onto a pickup truck, seriously injuring the motorist, beneath the expressway being constructed above Rama 2 Road.
