Anne Heche’s son petitions to assume control of her estate

Homer Laffoon, twenty, is asking which he be awarded control over his mother’s possessions. Heche, who passed away last month after a car crash at age 53, did not have a can, according to a copy of the petition obtained by CNN.
The petition names Laffoon plus Heche’s 13-year-old son, Atlas Tupper as heirs.

Heche’s car crashed into a Los Angeles house and erupted directly into flames on Aug 5. She experienced a “severe anoxic brain injury, inch depriving her brain of oxygen, among other critical injuries, her family and friends stated in a statement in order to CNN at the time.
