The expert stated that all flying activities, including sail flying, hoisting captive kites, and flying unmanned aircraft like drones into and within the TRAs during the specified dates and times, are strictly forbidden unless CAAS has granted the necessary permits.
According to the & nbsp, Air Navigation Order, and the 2019 ( ANR – 101 ) Regulations, those who fly aerial or unmanned aircraft in temporarily restricted areas without the necessary permits from CAAS risk fines and imprisonment.
First-time offenders who violate the & nbsp, Air Navigation Order may be fined up to S$ 20,000( US$ 14, 690 ). Second and subsequent offenses are subject to an a & nbsp fine of up to S$ 40, 000, 15 months in prison, or both.
First-time offenders under ANR-101 may receive a fine of up to Randomness$ 50,000, 000, two years in prison, or both. Those who commit the same offense once risk a fine of up to Sulfur 100,000, five years in prison, or both.
