Previous Mediacorp celebrity Sora Ma announced on Instagram that her three-year father, who was only known to the general public as Mr. R, had passed away in June.
Two months after Mr. R’s passing, Ma gave birth to their child, Skye.
The 41-year-old Malaysia-born actress had to be both her little one’s mother and father, which was truly a challenging time in.  ,
Ma showed viewers a glance of her fresh home, which was decorated with design that reflected both her and her late husband’s involvement in an event of Mediacorp’s program# JustSwipeLah, which aired in January.
And earlier this year, Sora shared a quick Instagram piece that went over several aspects of her life room, including her footwear cabinet and Mr. R’s vinyl collection.  ,
Welcome to our tiny shelter,” More than just a home, this. There are many love reports, characters, and a lot of them. From our comfortable living room to my father’s most eloquent screen wall, and suddenly, a shock guest appearance from Skye! before teasing a “part two” of the house journey.  ,
Ma joked that the little one is “her variety, which resembles]Mr. R.] while carrying baby Scotch in her arm.  ,
Ma was bright throughout the entire video, and while many people have praised the adorable baby child, some internet users felt the need to keep offensive remarks.  ,
They questioned why Ma, who had already lost her husband” not long ago,” appeared” to happy.”  ,
Ma made sure not to let the comments slip. She responded,” I even wish to know if I am actually very glad,” in a response to a question in her Instagram post titled” I am reflecting.” Or am I merely attempting to live each day to the fullest. Perhaps I’m only trying to fake it until I get it one day.
In response to a different comment that claimed she “does never appear to be depressing at all,” Ma wrote:” I don’t require your pity, so why should I show my sadness for you to observe?” I choose to heal by myself rather than having people get sad up. Do you have the methods to lessen my sadness if I approach you?”
Ma made it known earlier this month that she had actually become a , Singaporean, on her 41st birthday, which was on January 22. She chose to change her citizen status because it would make it simpler for her to deal with Skye’s upcoming matters.
Although it was information worthy of celebration, some internet users found the opportunity to get unfavorable. There is really nothing to boast about after immigrating these, according to one person. Can you be a little bit quieter?”
Ma just responded,” I don’t think like there’s something for boasting about either of those.”
After sharing her relations with the trolls, people have since taken to Ma’s section to express their support for her, with some calling it “heartbreaking” to have to see her cope with such callous comments.
One netizen urged people to “live a happy life,” while another said,” It is the [haters ] who need to reflect on what they did.
