Actor Jet Li spotted at Tibetan Buddhist event in Singapore

Jet Li, a prominent actor in the film franchise Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara Grand Puja 2024, was spotted at a Sands Expo and Convention Center celebration on September 14 and 15.

Organised by Drikung Kagyu ( Singapore ) OM Centre, the event featured renowned Tibetan Buddhist master, Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche, conducting teachings.

Li, who became a citizen of Singapore in 2009, can be seen performing rites and praying at the occasion.

A person of the social media platform Xiaohongshu claims that Li even watched a performance of the waltz company A Dream Of Red Mansions on September 14 at the Esplanade Theatre.

Li, a 90s martial arts master, has made fewer people looks recently. In 2013, he revealed that he was suffering from a myriad of health problems, including preeclampsia and spinal issues.

In 2018, images of him looking weak went viral, sparking issues regarding his wellbeing. Nonetheless, only a year later, he appeared more youthful-looking. His most recent feature film was Mulan, which he played the Chinese prince in in 2020.
