
A German gentleman is being detained by the police and taken to the municipal court on Wednesday.
According to assistant municipal police chief Pol Col Kachen Setthaputta, officers armed with a jury subpoena on Wednesday took 41-year-old Matthias Ebner into prison in a parking lot of a shopping plaza.
On the backside of his green Ford Ranger delivery, Mr. Ebner was discovered. He reportedly reportedly eluded his home after learning that an arrest warrant had been issued.
Police said they would file a request to the court to expand his 12-day confinement period by another 12 weeks. He is accused of assaulting, causing house harm, and trespass. On parole, police were anticipated to resist his release.
He was taken to Jor Hor police station after his arrest, where an interpreter claimed Mr. Ebner acknowledged being the people identified in the warrant but declined to provide any additional information, saying that he would leave that decision up to the court.
Mr. Ebner’s card has been renewed, and he has had it renewed annually. According to Pol Col Kachen, the authorities may ask for his card to be revoked at the Nakhon Ratchasima Immigration Office because he posed a risk to the general public.
His Thai partner claims that he has a mental condition but doesn’t take any medication for it.
A person dentist claimed the man physically assaulted her after he punched through a doorway to enter her medical clinic room on November 30.
Another doctors have since lodged additional grievances against the dentist. The alleged attacks took place over a three-and-a-half month time.
According to the police, investigators do begin the investigation into the man’s situation right away.
