Three dead, 60 hurt as China boats capsize: Xinhua

After two tourists-carrying ships capsized on May 4 in southwest China, three people died, 14 of whom are still missing, and 60 are now in hospitals, according to state media.

According to the Xinhua news agency, the passenger boats “overturned on a river in a holiday interest” in Guizhou province‘s Qianxi city.

The statement did not immediately provide more information about the destination or the situation surrounding the incident.
