The Buffet Restaurant at M Hotel on Anson Road offers two different banquet activities in one place. The area is transformed into a cuisine shelter thanks to the in-house cooking group, and visitors can enjoy an all-you-can-eat Nasi Padang Buffet by time. The Tom Yum Mama Hotpot Buffet will be available at the cafe until May 31. Customers can choose from a variety of dish foundations, including Mala, Chicken Collagen, and more.
Hotpot favorites include shoe lobster, oysters, and blue swimmer crab, as well as fresh seafood in the menu. A life grill station with cuttlefish and lion prawns paired with a spicy clean chilli vinegar dip is available as well. There is also a noodle station with fish noodles.
