GE2025: 3-way fight for Ang Mo Kio GRC, with PAP team led by SM Lee to face PPP and SUP

Ang Mo Kio GRC will face the People’s Action Party ( PAP ) team, which is currently led by Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong, and the debutant Singapore United Party ( SUP).

Candidates from the parties had a successful nomination filing deadline of Wednesday ( Apr 23 ) at Deyi Secondary School. &nbsp,

Mr. Lee, 73, addressed the crowd by saying,” This election is taking place at a tough time.”

He added that “our life, our jobs, our families, our future” are in danger of facing some issues that may affect “our life, our careers, our futures, and others.” &nbsp,

Voting for the group you can trust, as Mr. Lee, who first took office in 1984, said,” We can work with you to stay Singapore healthy, move it forward, and secure a brighter future for all of us,” he said.

former MPs Darryl David, 54, Nadia Samdin, 35, former senior civil servant Jasmin Lau, 41, and past Aljunied member Victor Lye, 63, are among the PAP’s five-member line-up, which includes Mr. Lee. &nbsp,

Singapore is about to enter a world where cherished customs will no longer apply, according to Ms. Lau. &nbsp,

Party Treasurer William Lim, 43, is in charge of the PPP line-up. Samuel Lee, a 33-year-old retired civil servant, Thaddeus Thomas, a 43-year-old building expert, and Heng Zheng Dao, a 24 year-old horticulturist, will all be with him.
