New Woodleigh, Pasir Ris bus interchanges to open in April

With the implementation of the new Woodleigh and Pasir Ris vehicle exchanges, Singapore’s full range of Integrated Transport Hubs will increase to 14.

SBS Transit may operate the Woodleigh vehicle interchange starting on April 20. It will be directly connected to the Woodleigh Village included growth and a Woodleigh MRT place.

In addition to Pasir Ris MRT train, the Pasir Ris vehicle interchange may be located adjacent to Pasir Ris Mall and within an integrated development. The exchange may be run by Go-Ahead Singapore and opened on April 27.

The Land Transport Authority ( LTA ) announced on Thursday ( Apr 3 ) that all 17 public bus services operating from the current Pasir Ris bus interchange would relocate to the new one without making any changes to their routes or stopping points.

Along with the new exchange, there will be a designated waiting area for pick-up and drop-off for the Basic Military Training Centre Shuttle Vehicle from Pasir Ris.

The fresh Woodleigh bus exchange may serve support 146, according to the authority. &nbsp,

According to LTA, it may travel bi-directionally along Bidadari Park Drive, providing four more vehicle starts.

The Bidadari and Potong Pasir lands will now offer a new company 148 as a loop services, it added. This will improve connectivity to amenities.

LTA said it wants to make it clear to commuters that its bus users may need to take some time to get acquainted with the operation of the new vehicle intersections. &nbsp,

” Vehicle operators, with support from LTA, will closely monitor the situation and make the necessary adjustments to ensure easy journeys for travellers and road people,” it added.
