MAE HONG SON: On Wednesday night, a 3. 1-magnitude earthquake struck the Pang Ma Pha region of this northern border territory.

At 4.49 p.m., the Meteorological Department’s Earthquake Observation Division reported that the earthquake was found one kilometer underwater in tambon Tham Lod.
