More than 950, 000 housing units in Singapore will be given U-Save and Service & Conservancy Charges ( S&, CC ) rebates in April, according to SINGAPORE:
The Ministry of Finance stated on Friday ( Mar 28 ) that these rebates help lower- to middle-income HDB households pay utilities costs and S&, CC, according to the Ministry of Finance.
This is the first quarter-end payment for the 2025 fiscal time.
More U-Save will be made available to Singaporean HDB households to help them deal with their utility bills in April and October, as Budget 2025 announced. This is in addition to the ordinary GST Voucher – U-Save subsidies.
Depending on their HDB flat form, eligible households may get up to S$ 190 ( US$ 140 ) worth of U-Save in April.
In the 2025 fiscal year, available Singaporean HDB homeowners may obtain up to S$ 760 in U-Save subsidies in full.
Depending on the HDB flat form, available homes will also get up to one quarter of S& and CC subsidies in April.
In the 2025 fiscal year, eligible homeowners will receive up to three and a half decades of S& and CC subsidies.
The MOF news comes as the price of home energy and oil is expected to remain the same from April through June.
The U-Save, S&, and CC subsidies are indisputable for entitled households.
The S&, CC rebates will be credited directly to homes ‘ S&, CC records with their respective village councils, while the U-Save subsidies will be credited directly to homes ‘ services accounts with SP Services.
