A person who was found dead in a Korat apartment had been released on bail.

NAKHON RATCHASIMA, a 41-year-old European man who was detained this week on suspicion of assaulting female doctors at nearby hospitals, was found dead with his throat slit inside his home in the Non Sung region of this northern territory on Friday evening.
The man, later identified as Matthias Ebner, was discovered lying on a base with two large wounds on his neck, which were obviously caused by a sharp object, according to police and rescue personnel. Additionally, a weapon was smacked in the left hand. A 25cm-long blade was discovered underneath the mattress, and there were bloodstains on it.
Two fierce-looking Rottweiler puppies guarding the body were scattered across the floor with documents and other items. A girl was instructed by police to take the puppies apart.
According to Sainoi Boonsri, the admin community head, the Thai woman of the deceased, who was employed in Prachin Buri state, contacted Anan Chanamklang, the head of the Don Chomphu community, saying she had been unable to touch her husband.
Then she called a foreigner friend of her husband, who resided in the Nakhon Ratchasima’s downtown Muang district to check on him. According to Mr. Sainoi, the woman requested that Ms. Anan accompany the foreigner who had already made contact with another friend.
Ms. Anan and the two men yelled the man’s name when they opened the door to the house, but nothing came. They saw the body when they entered through a window, and Ms. Anan immediately called the police.

There were no indications of a fight or assault inside the house, according to Pol Col Sitthiphon Thimsungnoen, the station’s chief on Saturday. Additionally, forensic officers discovered the deceased’s fingerprints on the knife.
According to police investigators, the man may have been forced to use the knife to commit suicide due to stress and mental illness. To find out the exact cause of death, the body was transported to Non Sung Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Ebner’s wife had earlier claimed that her husband had a mental illness but was not taking his medication.
Ebner was detained on March 18 in a parking lot at a Nakhon Ratchasima shopping mall. Since November of last year, he had been accused of assaulting and causing damage to several clinics in the Muang district.
He was taken to the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Court for detention by the police. Although they objected to bail, the court granted his release and he was able to return to his Non Sung neighborhood home.
Due to the man’s dangerous behavior and risk-to-becoming-aggrandize attitude, police were asking the Immigration Bureau to revoke his visa.
