As the warm season begins, conditions are rising, and health officials are urging people to avoid the sunlight if possible because the heat index has already reached its “dangerous to health” stage.

Conditions of 42-51.9oC were reported in some areas of the heat index for March 5 through March 14 as risky. A senior health official claimed that all residents of the southern, key, eastern, and northeastern regions were in danger.

According to Thiti Sawangtham, assistant director-general of the Department of Health, people should check the temperature estimates, stay outside of the sun whenever possible, and drink water regularly when it’s hot.

According to Dr. Thiti, heat rash, temperature exhaustion, and heat stroke may cause death.

The old, fat, outdoor workers, alcohol drinkers, and those with underlying health issues, including cognitive issues, were among the most delicate groups, he said.

The Department of Meteorological reported on Tuesday that 10 regions in the North had high temperatures of 38 to 39 degrees Celsius on Monday.

Because of the warm air that is now covering parts of the Northeast, cooler temperatures will be expected in the lower part of Thailand through Saturday. According to the review, powerful winds were forecast but less rain was expected.

The temperature had return from March 23 to March 28 to be very popular. There would be sporadic summers storms, particularly from March 29 until the following month. But, it stated that this summer wasn’t anticipated to be as popular as it was last year. &nbsp,
