GE2025: Plans for Tampines GRC ‘compelling enough’ for new electors previously from opposition-held ward, says Masagos

EVER READY TO Get REPLACED

Four other Tampines GRC grassroots organizations ‘ experts, including Dr. Charlene Chen, the party’s fresh face, and MPs Koh Poh Koon, Desmond Choo, and Baey Yam Keng, were also present at the event on Saturday.

Mr. Masagos expressed his hope that all six candidates, if elected, may work up and develop plans for the Tampines residents while potential candidates from Tampines GRC and Tampines Changkat SMC will have to strategy individually.

If we are elected up, we will coordinate the five-year master plan with everyone, according to the six Members. Citizens of the SMC may be encouraged to schedule with the rest of the country and to continue to be a part of our outreach, according to Mr. Masagos.

When questioned about who will be assigned to the Tampines field, the chancellor declined to provide any details.

” I wish I knew, because there have been a couple instances where we have to change at the last minute here in Tampines.”

Heng Swee Keat, who was an MP at Tampines GRC before, was redeployed to East Coast GRC in a shock walk in the 2020 General Election.

We are always ready to welcome new people who can be prepared for the earth, like Charlene, but we also need to be prepared for transition, including myself, and to be deployed where we are needed.

Dr. Chen, in a press interview, agreed with Mr. Masagos ‘ statement that” the death of who is running is questionable until Nomination Day.”

” My work is right now around. I’ll be here to meet the needs of the people. When the group calls me to assist in Tampines, I’ll do my best to run the race.

On Saturday, Mr. Masagos was also questioned about his thoughts on a Wednesday incident where two activists went to a Meet-the-People Session ( MPS) led by Home Affairs and Law Minister K Shanmugam.

A group of people have been “deliberately aggressive, produce incidents, try and provoke,” according to Mr. Shanmugam, who stated that.

Anybody who attends like sessions should regard the residents, according to Mr. Masagos, who reiterated that MPS is where residents come to voice their pressing needs and concerns to their elected official.

Therefore, he continued,” We respect anyone who comes.”

” There are many of them, and they are very stressed, and they are waiting in the lane. We don’t add any additional stress to any of these now present.
