Two Indians arrested for alleged assault of German tourist after Full Moon Party

Following the famous Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan in Surat Thani state on Friday night, two Indian people were detained for supposedly sexually assaulting a 24-year-old German woman.

The suspects, identified only as 47-year-old Vijay and 40-year-old Rahul, were apprehended at a house on the holiday area, according to Pol Lt Gen Surapong Thanomjit, director of the Provincial Police Region 8, according to Pol Lt Gen Surapong Thanomjit, who reported the girl to the local police after making a complaint to the local police. &nbsp,

The woman claimed that the event occurred on Thursday at around 5:30 am close Haad Rin Beach, the location of the Full Moon Party.

Police interviewed witnesses, reviewed closed-circuit television (CCTV ) camera footage, and collected evidence at the scene.

However, one of the witnesses claimed she had witnessed the lady having consensual sex with a white man holiday on the stones shortly before the alleged assault and that she had heard contradictory accounts. The witness claimed that the same lady and the two American men later returned, posing questions about the nature of the experience.

Both Indian defendants testified during questioning about the allegations, saying they were confused and unable to recall the events.

The European female reported to the police that she had drunk a lot and was feeling drowsy the night of the incident. She added that she was unsure about the personality of the two men because the place where the incident took place was very dim. &nbsp,

No additional suspects were filmed leaving the scene, according to Pol Lt Gen Surapong, who said that investigators were convinced in their conclusions. He claimed that DNA tests from the people have been sent for testing.
