
Looking THANI: A Hungarian person running a scooter rental company has been arrested on Koh Phangan for working in an occupation restricted to Indian nationals.  ,
Police and immigration officers arrested Laszlo Meszaros, 40, of Hungary, at a rented home in tambon Koh Phangan of this visitor area and seized from him an air weapons, Pol Col Apichart Chansamret, main of Koh Phangan police station, said on Thursday.  ,
The incarceration followed concerns from travellers that Mr Meszaros often put his heat gun around his neck and allegedly threatened those who occupied his scooters during talks on deterioration that occurred to the vehicles or on rental fees. He even seized documents of those who rented his riders. The arresting crew found 29 documents of other visitors on his grounds.
According to a police investigation, the Hungarian gentleman entered the country under a holiday card and had no work force. He had nine mopeds for hire.
During doubting, Mr Meszaros denied using the heat gun to terrify vacationers renting his scooters.
He has been charged with being a foreign regional acting in a restricted activity. He was held in police custody for constitutional behavior, said Pol Col Apichart.
