Professor Adam Pickles died in 2021 of accidents that had left him requiringround-the-clock treatment

Police investigating the death of a British man who died after a major assault in Thailand 13 years before are appealing for fresh information about the situation.
Adam Pickles, who was 48, died in West Yorkshire in January 2021 due to severe injuries he sustained during the event in Pattaya in May 2012.
Pickles was the brain of English at Regents International School in the seaside resort town 150km south of Bangkok.
He suffered a traumatic brain injury after being attacked with an iron club in what was believed to have been a road rage incident. He was flown back to the UK following a plan to finance his relocation.
In 2015, Sean Tinsley, formerly from Wolverhampton, was sentenced to six years in jail for assault — downgraded from attempted crime — after an original no criminal decision was overturned on appeal.
West Yorkshire Police launched an investigation following Pickles’ dying and are eager to hear from people with information about the harm after a staged charm on the latest series of BBC Crimewatch Live, which aired on Wednesday.
” I would especially like to hear from anyone who was in Thailand at the time of this incident”, said Detective Chief Inspector Damian Roebuck, top investigating official of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team of West Yorkshire Police.
” We believe Adam’s perpetrator will have confided in someone who was living there at the moment about what happened, and we need that people, or those persons, to come forward and tell us what they know.  ,

” Adam suffered tragic head injuries in this assault. The injury he suffered were so serious that he required round-the-clock treatment for the rest of his existence.
” If you know of anything at all which may lead us to convicting the person who inflicted these horrible wounds on Adam, therefore now is the time to come forward and tell us.
” Adam’s community are determined to obtain justice for him, and I am committed to doing all I is to help them in their reason.”
