” I think the tough part was getting the term out at the start because both of us are very quiet in terms of putting our mouth and house out it”, Lew said.  ,
” You need a form of character to make videos, to connect to the audience, so that was really tough for both of us at the start, but we are form of getting the hang of it, making movies and being comfortable on the display”.
Lew added that when the couple first started, a lot of their clients were their neighborhood and people living in the Siglap place.
” Before we opened, we went door to door to each house and around the park connection to deliver brochures”, Azman said.  ,
Lew noted since the store had a mostly younger customer base, it was slower in December due to the holiday time and the frequent rains.
But since then, the company has taken off on social media and have even seen buyers making their own video to document their expertise at their business.  ,
” We are quite fortunate that a lot of users have found us on TikTok and Instagram – those systems actually helped us shed some light into our little shop”, Lew said. ” We’re so thankful for all the newbies and companies that reach out to us for cooperation”.
But with more customers showing up and still only a two-man present, Lew said that ensuring the least turnaround time probable started to create a challenge.  ,
” For instance, today ( Sunday ), there were a lot of people, and we were running out of a lot of things like ice, so we really had to make sure that we still gave customers their orders without taking too long” . ,
