SEOUL:  , The North Korea Foreign Ministry said US-South Korea joint military exercises are” a dangerous provocative act”, state media KCNA reported on Monday ( Mar 10 ).
Monthly South Korean and US martial routines called Freedom Shield are expected to commence on Monday and work until Mar 20.
They aim to strengthen the preparation of the empire for challenges such as North Korea, the North Korean government said before.
North Korea has traditionally called for these joint activities to get called off, branding them as a precursor to war.
” This is a dangerous controversial act of leading the acute condition on the Korean peninsula, which may spark off a real conflict between the two sides by means of an unintentional one picture, to the extreme place”, the Foreign Ministry said, according to KCNA.
The maneuvers will hurt US stability, the department added.
