A man was jailed for 14 years, three months, and eight weeks at the High Court on Tuesday ( Mar 4 ) for violently assaulting his wife and then raping her.  ,
The man’s wife may be identified to protect the identity of the man, who was also sentenced to 12 breaths of the wood.
Although both of them are foreigners, court records reveal that their nationalities, ages, occupations, and the incident’s place were all deleted. They have kids and have been married for more than 15 times.  ,
Since the court’s ban on conjugal assault in 2020, the event is one of the first to be prosecuted in court.
The man immediately went to trial, but he later decided to enter a guilty plea on the next day after the victim testified before the court.

The victim’s vision, legs, and cheeks were discovered to be red and swollen after being examined in a hospital. She had a broken back bone, bruising all over her neck, and bit marks all over her throat.  ,
The accused’s lawyer argued that the accused had 12 wood breaths and that the accused would spend 13 to 14 years in prison.  ,
