Two nationals from Myanmar were detained at a store that the user claimed had a regular B20, 000 turnover.

A Burmese federal who works in an occupation that only exists for Thais has been arrested on Koh Phangan. He is responsible for running a motorcycle rental business that pays him 20 000 baht per day. A coworker who works for him was likewise detained.
On Thursday, a group of tourists officers, immigration officers, and local authorities detained motorcycle repairman Win Naing, 39, and user Than Zin Soe, 40, at Ban Hat Rin Village Moo 6 in Tongan.
Nine scooters and an air cylinder were taken from the store, according to Pol Lt Col Winit Boonchit, the neighborhood’s investigator for holiday travel, on Friday.
According to Pol Lt Col Winit, a foreign national had seized documents from those who occupied his cars and charged high rental costs as a result of the arrest, according to visitors.
Than Zin Soe confirmed during questioning that he kept the clients ‘ documents to ensure the bikes were returned. The location also performed inspection. Those who occupied riders were required to sign contracts. He claimed to have paid his company 200 Baht per time plus food and lodging.
He claimed to make at least 13, 000 baht per day from motorcycle rent and more revenue from related services like vehicle repairs, or about 20, 000 ringgit per day overall.
The two men were taken into custody. Tanshin Zin Soe is accused of employing an illegal migrant, operating a business without authorization, and working in a reserved occupation. His employee has been accused of operating without a permit. Additionally, it was discovered that he had stayed on his visa for five more years. They were turned over to the Koh Phangan police station for legal action.
The Tourist Police Bureau Commissioner, Pol Lt Gen Saksira Phuek-am, claimed that he had instructed the heads of tourist police stations in resorts like Koh Samui and Koh Phangan to aggressively repress foreign nationals who enter the country to break the law.
