EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE
Wong, a freelance auto mechanic, and Foo, an unskilled person at the time, began dating in November 2018. Megan stayed with Foo’s family while they rented an apartment together in Suites@Guillemard.
On some vacation, Megan slept over at the property. Wong and Foo caned her when she wet the bed and sofa between soon February and early March 2019.
Preschool team noticed wounds on Megan’s skin. Wong and Foo were instructed to stop the natural consequence and to report them to the government if this continued.
But, when Wong and Foo started living with Megan in September 2019, Foo withdrew her from the school where she had been enrolled since 2017.
The child’s physical abuse became more severe. At least once per year, Wong repeatedly slapped, shoved, and punched Megan. Foot was conscious of this, and he occasionally caned Megan.
When he hit Megan in the neck in first 2020, Wong injured her. Foo contacted Wong, who attempted to push Megan’s jaw back in place, to find a way to resolve dislocated jaws.
Wong and Foo then continued to perform mental misuse, which they or Chua later recorded. Before the clips were shown in court, members of the public were warned about how disconcerting they were.
One video Chua shot on November 9, 2019, showed Foo scolding Megan as she sat up and sat on her head and face while filming another film that showed her forcing her to put a stained diaper on top of her head and face.
When Megan used Foo’s makeup without authorization in the late ’90s, Wong punished her by covering her face with dark signs, humiliated her by parading her outside the condo.
Wong instructed the child to” claim hello” to passing cars and people while the movie showed the crying baby. Megan was filmed to tell her of her sentence if she acted cruelly in the future.
Wong and Foo deprived Megan of meal starting in January 2020 so she wouldn’t have to take a break from her home. Additionally, she was forbidden from wearing clothing because she would scab her garments with blood when she was caned.
Megan sobbed while asking her mother if she could use a shirt in a virtually six-minute movie that Chua filmed on February 3, 2020. Foo regularly said “huh.
Megan pleaded for food in another video that Red filmed on February 4, 2020 while her mother consumed glass noodles. The woman’s shouts grew more irate when Foo refused to let her and told Megan she was finishing the pasta.
Foo even accused Megan in Mandarin of “bullying” her and showing off a false front by crying in the film, called the girl “irritating,” and expounded an exclamation at the four-year-old.
To prevent Megan from filthying the apartment, Wong and Foo made her sleeping in a 3 x 1 meter farmer box outside the master bedroom at the beginning of 2020.
In the container, which faced the afternoon sun, Megan was slept in regardless of the weather conditions. Neither pillows nor blankets were given to her.
She once experienced jerking while lying on the ground and experiencing sunstroke. Wong gave her snow to cool her down, but she didn’t go to the dentist.
MEGAN’S DEATH AND MANY OTHER Attempts to Recover Her
On February 21, 2020, Megan was denied food for the entire time.
Wong brought Megan into the room after 9 p.m. that day because he had purchased meal. He began disciplining the woman in their home while Foo was present.
Wong warned Megan to stay put if he let her sleep in. However, he grew enraged because he thought she wasn’t paying attention when he spoke to her.
Megan was punched in the abdomen, sending a loud thud against the wall. After this, Megan appeared exceedingly weak, and Foo informed Wong that the girl appeared to be” cannot make it.”
Wong informed her that he had hit Megan pretty badly after nightfall when Chua arrived at the level. On the bathroom floors, Chua observed Megan lying on her part. The girl claimed she was in pain and was holding her chest.
Yet, when Chua and Foo discussed this, they refuted it and said Megan was merely attempting to get attention. The pair also smoked marijuana in the same living room as Chua, who ignored the girl.
When Chua and Foo discovered Megan was still in the same place a few hours afterwards, they informed Wong and Foo. When Foo checked, she noticed a “black contents” of obvious spit next to Megan.
Megan refused to respond when they tried using a 30cm tubes and pressing on her chest to induce respiratory resuscitation.
Chua and Wong turned around to locate a charger. In order to prevent warnings and direct the government to Megan, I found one but did not bring it back to the apartment.
Foo became aware of the death of her daughter when she sent a message to the couple’s WhatsApp party stating that Meghan was no longer with them.
Wong improvised a treatment system using two wires that were taped to two metallic chopsticks out of despair. Megan’s stomach did not respond when he inserted the cutlery into a three-pin energy source.
Wong also instructed Foo and Chua to use marijuana and vaporize it into Megan’s tongue, but she remained unconscious.
A forensic physician said the potential cause of death was a blood infection from disease, which was brought on by fissures or abrasions in Megan’s internal tissues.
MEGAN’S BODY COVERAGE AND DISPOSAL
Wong, Foo, and Chua left the apartment on February 23, 2020, and resided in accommodations and services rooms until June 2020.
Megan’s figure remained in the house. Wong made a few more appearances before retracing her steps to stop the discovery of her figure.
She was then placed in a plastic storage box and washed up with layers of cling cover and colored tape. Eventually, he and Foo covered this package with more cling pack and sealed it with concrete.
Wong even boiled wine to cover any unpleasant smells and turned the air conditioning on to slow down decomposition.
Wong and Foo planned to leave Megan’s system so that the police wouldn’t find out her death, and Chua was informed of these conversations.
Wong suggested using a” smokeless eliminate barrel,” which has a fan attached to it that may add oxygen to the fireplace and deepen it, and Foo looked into how to go about doing this.
To see if the contents of the cylinder may be completely incinerated, the pair experimented with different chamber models using empty beverage cans and a leaf blower that Wong purchased.
Wong requested a placard manufacturer to construct a box he claimed would be used to burn incense after making a decision on this option. He shared a concept he had created to allow the plastic storage box to fit inside the pot.
Wong demanded changes like more opportunities while Foo was present, and he also tested the chamber.
Wong, Foo, and Chua collected the placard manufacturer’s metal cylinder and some coal on May 8, 2020, and finally removed Megan’s system from the house.
Wong, who was traveling in a different vehicle from Foo and Chua, took the body of Megan to his dad’s factory in Paya Ubi Industrial Park with him.
He arrived at around 6o’clock, set up the metal cylinder and plant blower, and started the burning. Afterwards, Foo and Chua arrived, and they spent several hours burning incense in the chamber.
Wong and Foo stayed on as the burning raged on, while Chua left the factory at around 10.40 am. Wong dumped the remains into a garbage bag he placed in his car after the fire had ended.
He traveled by himself to East Coast Park, scattering Megan’s ashes into the water, and then went back to the factory to mow the area with Foo.
Wong and Chua accompanied the placard company to Tampines Link to get rid of the metal barrel about a week later, which Wong had requested.
Wong, Foo, and Chua were reunited with their families on July 23, 2020 after the statement from Megan’s parents. The following morning, they were detained.
