SINGAPORE: In addition to sexually abusing his 11-year-old daughter, a man asked her to record a picture of him and her family engaging in sex.  ,
The 29-year-old man pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated rape, sexual exploitation of a child, and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and was sentenced to 15 years in prison and 12 strokes of the cane on Monday ( Feb 24 ).  ,  ,
For his punishment, nine additional expenses of a related characteristics, including performing sexual acts of self-gratification in the presence of the woman, were taken into account.  ,
All events in this case may be named due to a joke get protecting the victim, then 13, and her family’s personality. The accused’s kids and the family were present in court to discuss the case.  ,
SHARED SLEEPING Rooms

According to Deputy Public Prosecutor Ng Jun Kai, the accused told the sufferer,” He told her to believe him, that he would not hurt her, and that he would “make it quick.”  , He stopped only after the child complained of problems.  ,
The victim was told to keep the matter to herself after the incident, adding that the person simply did what he did because she had previously interrupted him during sex.  ,
The sufferer did not tell her family about the acts because she was afraid her mother had become enraged, despite the fact that she felt miserable about it.  ,
The accused once more awoke in the early hours of the morning and desired to have intercourse with the victim’s mother, but she did not do so. He made the decision to enjoy himself once more knowing that the sufferer was alive. He asked her if she would like to “do it once” but she refused.  ,

ACCUSED ASKED VICTIM TO RECORD HIM AND HER MOTHER ,
The victim was also texting the sufferer to request that she record a video of him and her mother having sex on occasion.
The victim consented, saying,” The survivor felt relieved that the accused was not going to have any sexual relations with her.”  ,
The accused sent the survivor instructions on how to record the 10-second-long videos of him having sex with her family.  ,
That day, the woman did as she was told while hiding under her cover.  ,
In December 2022, the survivor confided in her nephew, who told her she had been right to refuse the accused’s improvements.  , Her sibling wanted to tell their family about the works but the target refused, fearing that her mother’s emotions may be hurt.  ,
However, the man sent the target more communications asking her for sexual acts. She declined to, and the person apologised.
The victim’s nephew and the survivor told their mother what she had been through in January 2023.  ,
After speaking with the target about the situation, the victim agreed to pardon the accused in order to avoid divving the home. The gentleman remained with them throughout.  ,
Finding OF Crimes
The victim’s suffering was discovered by a education teacher who noticed slashes on the defendant’s left arm. The target attempted to interpret the reduces as cat bruises, but the instructor helped her by referring her to a social employee.  ,
The victim’s feelings of unworthiness and her thoughts about taking too much medicines were revealed at this point.  ,

SENTENCING ARGUMENTS ,
The prosecutors sought 14 to 15 years ‘ prisons and 12 stroke of the wood for the accused, while the army sought 12 to 13 times ‘ prison.  ,
According to Deputy Public Prosecutor Kathy Chu, the accused had allegedly used the target for sex purposes for him.
Ms. Chu called his charge of having sex in the victim’s presence “disturbing” because the man had “prematurely exposed the victim to information and knowledge she ( was ) not of age for.”  ,
The sexual act between himself and her family, according to Ms. Chu, demonstrated that he did not care about the effects on her and her mom.  ,
The accused’s attorney Teo Choo Kee said his clientele was “very remorseful” and sorry for what he had done.  ,
He” cannot understand what came over him to commit these acts that were evidently reproachable,” said Mr. Teo, adding that his customer sought pardon from those he had hurt.  ,

You committed heinous and wicked offences against your daughter. When she was just 11 years old, you robbed her of her innocence.  ,
She refers to you as her father and regarded you as her father, but you used her to meet your desire. ”  ,
The victim’s response to the accused’ request to report him and her mother was obvious, according to the judge.
Her response was relieved that she wasn’t going to be assaulted once more, rather than be repulsed ( and disgusted ). This is terrible,” Justice Xu said.  ,
