Family of three missing for a month found dead in pickup

Police in Kamphaeng Phet claim death may have been a factor in the discovery.

KAMPAENG PHET – Three community members have been discovered dead in their delivery truck, which has been parked in a wooded area. They have been missing for about a month. They may have been murdered, according to authorities.

After being informed by a local citizen about a terrible smell coming from the car that had been parked nearby a lonely house, police and rescuers went to the area in Khlong Khlung district.

A light Isuzu D-Max pick was discovered covered by a vehicle cover. A gentleman, a woman, and a young child were all found dead inside. According to media reports, the home has been reported missing since Jan 11 from their house.

On January 18, a Instagram page with information about the family’s missing status stated that they had been missing with their delivery vehicle for seven times. The article identified them as Wongsakorn Hongsakrai, 37, his wife Nanthakarn Nachee, 35, and their brother Nanthakarn Hongsakrai.

The cause of their incidents was being investigated by criminal police at the field. Someone might have killed them and kept the systems hidden, according to preliminary investigation findings.
