The Council of State ( CoS ) has called on the Interior Ministry to request a 7. 7-billion-baht funds from the authorities to compensate those events affected by the exchange of property where the Shinawatra mother’s Alpine golf lessons is located.
CoS secretary-general Pakorn Nilprapunt emphasised the need to substitute the individuals affected by the land move and hold accountable those officials whose neglect led to the poor transfer.
He acknowledged the lack of a funds for settlement, stressing the need for the government to discuss the Budget Bureau to determine financing options.
The questionable 924 ray of property is located in Klong Luang region of northern Pathum Thani state. It was donated by Noem Chamnanchartsakda to Wat Thammikaram in 1971.
After her dying, the Mahamongkut Ratchawittayalai Foundation was appointed trustee of Noem’s house. The base then sold the land to Alpine Real Estate and Alpine Golf and Sports Club, of which the Shinawatra community now holds the agency’s stocks, with Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra previously holding 22. 41 million securities before transferring them to her family.
Besides the golf course, there are also private components. The withdrawal of the property and its returning to the temple may change about 530 families.
Mr Pakorn said the jury ruling to return the land had been in place since 2001.
” The main concept of the decision is that territory acquired by inheritance must be done as the inheritance owner specifies, so the land may belong to the temple,” he said, adding that if the operational order is poor, it should be revoked. If that subsequently has an effect on sincere people, legitimate action must be taken, he noted.
Ex-deputy interior secretary Thaworn Senniam has called for payment for the poor move to the Department of Lands.
