According to reports from the media, the Department of Lands ( DoL ) on Wednesday insisted that the title deeds for the contentious monastic plot in Pathum Thani province, which includes the Alpine Golf Club and a residential complex, have not yet been overturned.
Any change in the Alpine landowner’s private possession would have transformed the plot’s status back to religious property. If so, Alpine Golf &, Sports Club Co and people of the housing complex would have been entitled to appropriate settlement, according to an article the Isra News organization published on Tuesday.
The company’s stocks are now held by the Shinawatra home.

A record of owners dated Sept 4, 2024 indicates Khunying Potjaman, Panthongtae Shinawatra and Pinthongta Shinawatra Kunakornwong keep 29.88 million, 22.42 million and 22.41 million shares in the company.
