I, also, received a Best Voice emblem in May 2023. I suspect it’s that, like Ms Ooi, I treated LinkedIn like a website, where my professional updates frequently contained individual, unfiltered thoughts.  ,
Being your true home, just like in a real-life workplace, is unique, which makes it simple for like relaxed content to walk out on a supposedly business platform.
Also, I really enjoyed being on Linked In.
But by October 2024, I no more did. AI-generated content regularly invaded my person encounter, no matter how many messages I hid or individuals I blocked and/or reported.  ,
I requested to withdraw from the Major Voice program after realizing that LinkedIn was moving in a wrong way in the direction of my personal brand.
Unintentionally, the blue badge on my account made me appear to be supporting a program that seemed to promote popularity over value, which was the opposite of what I was trying to stand for.
A few days after my symbol was removed, and I let out a mouth I didn’t realize I was holding.
In past, the writing was on the walls – or all over my page.
” DISTINCT LINKEDIN VOICE”
Ask ChatGPT to create a” Linked In-style” story, and the AI chatbot will understand what you mean.

On LinkedIn itself, it’s increasingly popular to come across sarcasm of common LinkedIn content , – although, like all good comedy, part of the pleasure is seeing some miss the point.  , There just happens to be more of such people on Linked In, at least from my observation.
Assoc Prof Pang compared the Reddit community r/Linked InLunatics – with over 722, 000 members, which highlights “insufferable” LinkedIn content like “virtue signaling and cringeworthy titles,” adding that there is even a” countermovement against the distinct LinkedIn voice.”
