The government may hold the Samamongkol Royal Ceremony on Tuesday to honor King Rama I, the monarchy’s chairman, who passed away at the age of 26 and 469 times.
The Secretariat of the Cabinet has moved this year’s government meeting, usually held on Tuesdays, forth to Monday to make means for the service.
From this Monday through the following Monday, Thailand’s Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra has invited the public to take part in the ominous function, which will include many events, including the Sueb Chata Luang Ceremony at Saranrom Park and Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram.
The situation will also include the restoration of the Wat Sangkat Rattana Khiri in Uthai Thani and a King Rama I Monument near the Phra Phutthayotfa Bridge performance featuring the Ramakien amazing.
Additionally, religious ceremonies may be held at locations with a connection to King Rama I, and commemorative cash will be issued in honor of His Majesty the King. At Bangkok’s King Rama IX Memorial Park, there will also be a branch planting event.
