After she and her father got into a drunken argument with another customer on a Jetstar flight, her daughter Ferdinand Marcos, the late Philippine dictator, was given a drink ban on the flights and in the airport.
Analisa Josefa Corr and James Alexander Corr caused a “disturbance” with their “disorderly behavior” while drunken on a journey from Hobart to Sydney on 29 December, Australia authorities said.
According to police, Ms. Corr has been accused of “grabbing and shaking another traveler while leaving the aeroplane toilet.” The couple were led off the plane by an escort.
They agreed to a booze ban as on parole on Friday, but on Friday they admitted no to complying with health instructions and using alcohol that the crew had not provided.
If found guilty, they could be fined up to A$ 13, 750 ($ 8, 520, £6, 925 ) for each charge.
A fee of assaulting a fellow passenger on board the plane, which could result in up to two years in jail, has also been dropped by Ms Corr.
Additionally, they have been asked to give up A$ 20,000 that would be forfeited if they violated any parole conditions.
Ms. Corr, 53, is the daughter of Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the current president of the Philippines, and Evelin Hegyesi, his child born in Australia.
Ms. Corr describes herself as an interior designer on Instagram.
Mr Corr, 45, is a previous man, according to American press.
Police urged travelers to get “mindful of their behavior at flights” in its statement on the situation.
” You don’t want to start the new season with a significant great or worse, behind restaurants”, said Australian Federal Police Sergeant Luke Stockwell.
” The AFP is increasing guards at all key flights during the vacations and will not bear dangerous, destructive or aggressive behavior from travellers”, he added.
Although Jetstar did not directly remark on the incident, a spokesman said the organization will “never bear destructive behavior on our aircraft.”
” The safety and wellbeing of consumers and staff is our number one priority”, he added.
